The list is based on popularity/number of fans. I think they do something like a survey where they ask people who their fav actors are.

I can understand Rani and Kajol have fans but why the hell is Sunny Doel doing up there. I guess it's because of Singh Sab the Great..I saw the audience reaction..ppl were going ga ga over him. Shocking that it wasn't a hit!

They go to movie theatres, on the streets, phone calls to households. The only loop-hole is the smallish sample size and they only take their data from major cities.

Its a pretty decent list. Akshay seems to be higher than usual but the top 10 actors are about right. Saif, John and Imran must be on the cusp but Sunny is a former super-star and Shahid has a big enough fan following so its not surprising that they have more fans than Saif, John and Imran.

i pity saifuu.. this man is poor man's khan or nawab whatever.. even hit films doesnt favour him that much..

but i agree the list is pretty much justified and decent becos first time m not shocked with the top 5 actors here in case of both males and females, as usually during normal convos also these are the mostly talked about celebs irrespective of their hits or flops...

oh sort of like the polling they do for elections...except i never called for my opinion 😕

what good is that? and why do people get excited over a list thats not even that credible
