SRK's leading lady will enjoy the top billing in Happy New Year

Shahrukh Khan has kept his promise that he made before Chennai Express released. Just before Rohit Shetty's film released in 2013, King Khan had declared that Deepika Padukones name will appear before his name in the credits. SRK is keeping his promise and will have the Cocktail actor's name before his name in the publicity material and the promotional campaigns of Farah Khan's Happy New Year.

According to our source," though SRK's decision seemed a little odd to many since Chennai Express was promoted as a Rohit Shetty entertainer than a typical Shahrukh Khan starrer, it is crystal clear that the decision was for the keeps. Farah Khan confirmed about Dippy's name appearing before the Jab Tak Hai Jaan actor's name. Farah said, "Shahrukh wants it this way and we are happy to comply with the same for Happy New Year as well."

Apart from the Chennai Express actors, Happy New Year will also feature Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah in lead roles. The film is slated to release in Diwali 2014.

i think srk and deepika are cute together but I actually look forward to him starring with another actress. It will make a change.

If thats the case Then the so called many stars should give good roles to their heroine's in their movies like Srk.. Not just give his heroine's name at first Credit..!!
