Armaan gasps, "Jassi….you mean to day….ki Meghna ka magic actually kaam kar gaya?"😕😆
Jassi: (giggling excitedly) Aisa hi lagta hai…!! Armaan…..ek baar hume Neha mil jaye, toh usse yeh photo dekh kar zaroor yaad aa jayega ki yeh wahin clerk hai ya nahin!
She eagerly runs her finger down the page to locate his address, but when she reads it, she utters a cry of dismay. The address is of Nainital.
Armu: (holding her shoulders soothingly) Well Jassi….what do you expect….wo Nainital ke hotel mein kaam karta tha….naturally wo wahin ka rehne wala hoga!
Jassi: (despairingly) Lekin isse contact karne mein toh bahut din lag jayenge…..jabki hum CJ ko jald-se-jald sazaa dilvaana chahte hai……aur kya guarantee hai ki yeh abhi bhi issi address pe rehta ho…..8 saalon mein ghar bhi toh badla ja sakta hai….
Armaan nods and tells her that is all true, but their priority right now is to find Neha. They rush to CID's office to check if there is any breakthrough.
Raj is there already. He smugly asks them if they found anything, and is completely kerflummoxed to know that they have.😉
They quickly show ACP Pradyuman the file containing Shyam Sundar's biodata. He agrees that this can prove to be a very useful clue, and assures them that his men will try to contact Shyam Sundar as quickly as possible.
Armaan: Par sir….aapko Neha ke baare mein kuch pata chala?
ACP: Neha ka toh nahin, lekin uske kidnappers ke baare mein kuch pata zaroor chala hai…mere saath aaiye….
Looking at each other, they follow ACP into the interrogation chamber where a sulky-looking suspect is waiting for them.
ACP: (sternly) Kyun….abhi tak muh nahin khola isne? Officer….(turning to his officer in charge) …kya bataya isne?
Officer: Sir, yeh baar-baat yahi keh raha hai ki isse kisi ne Neha ko kidnap karni ki supari di thi….aur isne bas wahi kiya jiske usse paise diye gaye the….wo nahin jaanta wo aadmi kaun tha….
Suspect: Sa'ab, ye toh apun ka dhanda hai….apun ko jis kaam ka rokda diya jaata hai, apun wai'ch kaam karta hai….bina khali-peeli sawaal-jawaab kiye….apun sirf itna jaanta hai, usne apun ko maal utha ke laane ko kaha, apun utha laya…..aur apun ko full 2 peti mila iska…….
ACP asks if he will be able to identify the man who had given him the contract, and he says yes, if he sees him again he will be able to recognize him. CID officers are sent to the spot where the man says he left the "maal" i.e. Neha and Nikki. But they soon call back saying there is nobody there.
ACP: Iska matlab hai, unhone Neha aur Nikki ko wahaan se shift karke, kahin aur rakha hai!
Raj shakes his head in despair. Armu quickly asks if they have found Parvatlal's involvement in the case, but ACP says they have checked thoroughly. Pervman was not seen anywhere near either Nikki's school, hospital aur their house that day, and he was indeed in Oberoi Industries the whole evening.
The ACP assures them that his officers will soon locate the hiding-place, but they return home looking rather defeated.
