Ash sets up the stage for doing unthinkable before the Hollywood Camera

The recent interviews of Ash are interesting. The interviews in India as well as in America on the TV really focuses on what she will do in Hollywood. She has projected herself in the local media as someone who is conservative and kept repeating that her priorities are in maintaining dignity.

She is slowly realizing that she is an entertainer and a performer. Unlike Bollywood, in Hollywood you have to earn your mettle – the condition is just too tough especially for someone like her with Indian accent and looks.

In recent days she has prepared her fans for a stage where she can freely kiss if needed and shed her clothes in the context of the film including love making scenes before the Hollywood camera.

She realizes that unless she frees herself from these traditional eastern ideas which, sometimes can be called old fashioned in the Western world, she will not be able to go any where in Hollywood. She will be stuck with doing side roles and then go back to Bollywood complaining about lack of opportunities in Hollywood.

she was on 60 minutes last week on NBC. She was talking about her doing hollywood films and at the same time keeping up with bollywood.

i am too proud but she needs to make up her mind! before she used to say that she would never do stuff like that, and now shes sayin she might...

shes scared of the media...and the fact that most indian fans might think of that as degrading. hmm i dont really care..hahha..she just needs to do what she wants to do for god sake. if shes too scared, then thats her problem
