STAY AWAY FROM HER!!

A voice boomed from Arnav's cabin to her cabin.

Both Khushi and Arnav tuned to see who was there. A Young man of early 20's walked towards Khushi in long strides eyes spitting fire.

Khushi: Ashwin?

Ashwin grabbed her hand and eyed Arnav. But Arnav was eyeing his hand holding her hand. Immediately he became like fire ball.

Arnav: Who the hell are you? What are you doing in my office?

Khushi realized the raising heat and touched Ashwin's shoulder much to Arnav's anger.

Khushi: Ashwin, calm down. We were just discussing about a project.

Ashwin: Do you think I am a kid? I can see you hiding your tears while he trying to hold you.

Khushi: Ashwin, behave. He is my boss. He was just helping me. Calm down lets leave.

Ashwin: But..

Arnav: ENOUGH!!

He roared.

Arnav: What do you think? Is this office or some stage drama? Ms. Gupta, I think I made it clear that personal stuffs are not to be brought to office. Do you think this is a park to bring your...

This time it was Khushi's chance to roar.

Khushi: ENOUGH!! You are badmouthing my BROTHER

Arnav: Oh! Brother?

Khushi: Yes my brother. He has come to take me home. Any problem?

Ashwin: Jiji, why are you explaining? Office time is over. So there is no need to answer him. Come lets go.

Arnav: Oh! I dint know that still you need someone to take you home.

Khushi glared at him. Ashwin was fire dragon by now.

Ashwin: She is my sister and as a brother I take care of her security. City is not safe you see.

Khushi smirked at her brother's sarcastic look.

Arnav: Oh yeah. Right Mr. Gupta. I like this protective side.

Ashwin: why? Don't you feel protective for your family?

Arnav: If I have I would have been.

Arnav shrugged casually. But Khushi softened.

Khushi: Ashu lets go. Its getting late.

They moved to leave the place.

Arnav: Bye Ms. Gupta, its not yet over. I mean the business we were discussing.

He gave a smirk. Khushi fumed.

As they were on their way back home Ashwin was venting out his anger for her boss.

Ashwin: Jiji, is it necessary to do this job. Why don't you leave it? I don't find your boss good. ..

Khushi: Ashu, my little protective brother. Cool down. You saw something and understood something. He is not what you think ok? He is very good.

Meenu: Really?

Ashwin: Whatever.

They reached home. Khushi as usual ate her dinner silently and locked herself in her room.

The night was a sleepless affair for 2 souls.

Khushi's POV,

ITS NOT YET OVER Ms. GUPTA.

What does that mean? So he might confront her again? Or is he planning to proceed whatever he started at Lavanya's marriage?

Huh! If he thinks that, he would get nice blasts and blows from me. But her behavior that day was also to be questioned. Until she explains the reason behind it, Arnav might not get a good opinion on her.

YES SHE CANNOT STAY WITHOUT SEEING HIM. AS SHE GOT TO SEE HIM AFTER 8 YEARS. NOW SHE IS AFRAID THAT SHE MIGHT DISAPPEAR IN SMOKE LIKE A DREAM. SHE FEARED.

Here Arnav also lay awake on his king side bed.

Why Dammit? Why am I feeling like burning the men who are close to her. Damn, I was ready to trash her Father? How can I think like that? I should have considered his age atleast.

Today, I was ready kill her brother with bare hands. Seriously?

Arnav Singh Raizada is jealous. BUT WHY?

Why is a small town girl affecting me so much? Why am I feeling that I have seen her eyes before.

Its just that the way she disappeared is affecting me. Yes. He wants answer. So only he is behind her. She is not affecting me. Yes right.

Arnav slept with a resolution to get the answer to restore peace of his mind.

While Khushi slept with a resolution to stay away from him and never bend herself and show her weakness to him.

But not all resolutions stay put. Some break at some point. Theirs will also break. But not completely.😉
