The Episode starts with Naksh in their room and discussing about Duggu's birthday. Naitik says in last 4 years when there was no celebration of festivals or birthday in the house I was the one who felt most pain and sad but I got another chance in life and Maa could not. She left us forever. He says last year she celebrated his birthday despite everyone said no. I don't know how she managed to convince herself to celebrate while her son is in coma but she did it just for Naksh's happiness. I'm just doing the same, I'm respecting my mothers wish. Doing which she would have done. Even I feel sad and miss her as everyone does, I want everyone to smile while talking about Maa, not cry. Akshara says Naitik, your thoughts are very nice, but everyone are very sad and won't be able to understand you. They will do things according to what society and rituals. Naitik says what will they do, why should we care about the society. I'm not saying anything against the rituals or not going against it. Akshara says I understand you but we all stay in the same house and can't go against our family. She says I don't care about the society, but about our family. Naitik says I know but it's Duggu's birthday and has right to celebrate it. if something happens to me or anyone else in this house the same question will come up, we will get lots of sad moments in life but happy moments doesn't come often and I don't want to take Duggu's right away. Akshara hugs him. Naitik says lets go and talk to Bauji. Naksh comes to Gayatri's room. Rajbanna is not in the room. Naitik sees a photo of Gayatri and Rajbanna. He says everything in this room got memories of hers attached to it. They talk about Gayatri and cry. Naitik finds Gayatri's diary wich had list of things about Duggu's birthday party which Gayatri planned. Naksh are shocked to see that she planned everything. Duggu comes and says I don't want a party. Naitik asks why. Naksh says Dadi is not with us and everyone is sad, they won't feel good if we throw a party. Naitik says no, they all love you and want to see you happy. Naksh says they always cry. Naitik says yes, I know, I want to make them happy and I want to celebrate the birthday for your dadi. He tells Duggu that Gayatri has started planning for his birthday and she will be sad if we don't celebrate.
At m's Ananya ask Varsha if she ordered the gift for Duggu Varsha says i did but what should we do now. Rajshri says even I'm about worried what to do, the elders are not ready still Naitik is celebrating, they might feel bad. Kaki says think about the society, what will they say. Dadi says it's a birthday of a kid, it's important day for Duggu, she says what's his mistake that his birthday came 2 days after his Grandmothers death. She says I feel whatever Naitik is doing is right.
Akshara comes to Rajbanna with his medicine. She tries to talk to him about Duggu's birthday but Rajbanna doesn't response to anything. She leaves.
Akshara and Duggu in the front garden. Naitik comes and asks Duggu what has he written in the letter. I said thank you and I love you to her. He says to Naitik which star is Dadi. Naitik says the one which is shinning the most. Duggu says she can see me in the night as stars comes out in the night only. Akshara says she can see you anytime. Akshara and Naitik celebrate the birthday with Duggu singing the birthday song. He cuts a little cup cakes and feed Naksh. They look at the stars.
It's morning, Naksh greets everyone by touching their feet and talks their blessings. Everyone gives him blessing. Chikki leaves seeing everyone. Everyone are sad at home and talk why did Naitik keep the party. Chikki says I can't do this to Duggu. I'm going down. Nandini says I don't know what to do. It's such a confusing situation.
At downstairs Duggu is waiting for everyone. Yash says why isn't anyone coming. Everyone from M's comes and wishes Duggu happy birthday. Duggu gets happy. Mohit comes with Rukmani. Rukmani wishes him and goes upstairs. Rama comes and gifts Duggu and says happy birthday. Duggu says did you come for my party. Rama says yes of course and I'll meet everyone too.
Duggu says how can we starts the party, no one is coming, I wish dadi was with us. She would've make everyone understand. Naksh plays the video of Gayatri's birthday. everyone gets shocked to hear her voice. They all comes down. They get happy to see the video. Everyone happily celebrate Duggu's birthday. Duggu gets happy. Naksh looks at each other and smile.
Precap: Akshara calls Rama and says can we have Rashmi here with us for her delivery. Rama says I'm sure Gayatri wanted the same and tells that to Rashmi. Akshara look tense.
