I would be eager to see how he worked along with a hollywood director and actor. Let us find out if he has the X factor (MPK era) on american screen 😳.

Salman's Hollywood film may finally release

Syed Firdaus Ashraf | March 26, 2007 | 15:34 IST

Salman Khan's long-delayed Hollywood film Marigold may finally release.

Directed by Willard Caroll, the film is jointly produced by US-based Hyperion Films and Adlabs. Marigold has been in the making since 2002.

"You will hear an announcement regarding Marigold in the next two months," said Tom Wilhite, President of Hyperion Films.

Wilhite made this announcement at the ongoing media and entertainment convention, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) FRAMES in'Mumbai.

However, he did not give out a specific release date.

"We loved the experience of working with the Adlabs group and in future, too, we would love to work with them," Wilhite added. He revealed that he had two more films in mind for the Indian market -- an animation film, and a Bollywood masala movie.

"There is a great awareness of Bollywood in the last three years around the world," he said. "Though many Americans may not have seen a Bollywood film, they are aware of the industry."

Marigold is a love story of an American girl Marigold (played by Ali Larter) who falls in love with Salman, who, in turn, is engaged to Nandana Sen.

Interestingly, Larter was recently voted among the top five hottest women on television.

I don't think Salman Khan has completely lost it, but I do think he was
much better earlier in his career. In his earlier movies, you could see his
talent because he put his heart and soul into his acting. Those movies
were better too. Now, you can tell that he doesn't try his hardest and he
chooses roles that do not improve his status as an actor. That's why he
has come down a few levels. But he still has a successful career and lately
he hasn't been getting any better or worse.

I recently saw Salaam-E-Ishq and he seemed like he was just reading his
lines. There was hardly any expression on his face. 😕 Plus his storyline
was pointless in the movie.
