I think what Ja meant was that heart is of no real value, I don't think he meant it was priceless.As his this dialogue was followed up by this, 'I have given you something which is more valuable than that.'

it actually states how much he is hurt with the fact that he placed pouring his heart out in front of his Jo begum but she only saw lust for her in his eyes..
