Dont you think we need new topics???

The present threads that are active are beaten to death already...Most of us are going round and round and talking about the same thing...And some of us are getting better and better at spamming( me included😳)..

We need New Topcis please...I urge you guys to post some good topics..No I am not good at it, otherwise I would have done it like yesterday itself...😆

Now may be we can all debate on this...Ready get set, goooo...😛

Well, here is a list of topics... you pick 😃

1. I read an article about a company trying to sell x-ray machines that scan humans at airports; even though the identity of the person and the body come on two different screens, basically a person appears nude on another screen.... this is all to prevent terrorist acts. So the article ended on funny note of how govt. just might sell revealing pix/or can't guarantee that pix won't land up on google. How far can the govt go????

2. Ah, souru wanted topic on day-dreaming 😆 ... I have heard term, but I don't think I have ever experienced so.... what the heck is day-dreaming? Seeing dreams which you know won't come true? what is our true potential? why limit it? why not believe in our own dreams? 😕

3. Love & REspect --- Are we more courteous to strangers out of respect for them? Or cause of unfamiliarity?? The more familiarity, bondage, belongingness we feel... the more we love, but does this also lead to less respect for the ones we love? taking them for granted? being overbearing etc.?? Is it strange to feel connected to strangers, but less to your own people?? 😕

4. Communication- Is it easier to communicate, and put your ideas forth to strangers or even friends than to your closest family/parents? Even your inner-most thoughts? Howcome ? why or why not? which one you prefer?

Today, I read an article on evolution of humans, and how we can trace ourselves back, all can be told when we came to posess learning skills, etc. from how brain has grown in different species, from genes and brain structure, etc. There was an interesting sentence in there.... it was said that all this new info. was certainly defeating Bible's version of how god put man on earth, etc. It also went onto say how it is not as simple as how religion puts it, but neither is it as easy as science thinks it to be!

why are science and religion always at log-heads? Both notions can be accepted... science can't explain the origin of 'first' life, does it? I don't know any. So, the big bang.... I think god did it 😆 😳 ... something higher has to exist... how does life form spontaneously????? 😕 And science can surely explain the steps, but only guess on the why's. NO concrete reason, right? Both science and religion can be accepted at the same time. 😕

Also, in the article was sentence on how we always think of survival of the fittest (human were preys at one time 😃 )... about agression and all, but survival of the fittest also comes out of feeling sense of security in a group, and from bonding.... IF this is how the human ancestors survived, and indeed can the theory be validated... it should do good for 'peace' missions over people fighting wars for no good reason!!!

How important is spirituality and religion to you? Do we only go to religion to find peace of mind from all else? Gives us a sense of being protected? we all need that? how do athiests deal with this issue?? They have nobody to fall back on?? CAn we not rely on ourselves?? Is it lack of confidence? or fear of all?? all seeds put in us by society??? 😳 Society makes us stronger or weaker individuals???? 😉

If anybody is interested in debating the topics or sharing thoughts, please feel free to pick the topic, and make a separate post. I won't mind. Although, I am interested in hearing thoughts on all I have put down, I don't think I will create posts on these topics.
