New Zealand cruised to a seven-wicket win over the West Indies at the World Cup in Antigua this morning.
Stephen Fleming asked the home side to bat first and was rewarded with some tight bowling from Shane Bond, Jacob Oram and Daniel Vettori who all took three wickets to dismiss the Windies for 177 in the 45th over.
Man of the match Jacob Oram, still nursing a broken finger, found his groove - removing the three top-order West Indian batsmen in the space of four overs.
Scott Styris finished the match unbeaten on 80, while Fleming added 45 and Craig McMillan hammered 33 - New Zealand getting over the mark with 64 balls to spare
