Why do you think Arnav loved and still loves Khushi?
I think because she was the only one who could break his ego, the Asr's ego and because she was a beautiful person by heart too!

I think she was unique and also because of her craziness... once arnav said " tum jaise bhi ho waise hi mujhe achchi lagti ho" remember that line arnav said to lavanya over phone but he was actually remembering khushi while saying that.

i think she is d only one who broke the asr wall and evry time brng real arnav who is vulnerable i think thts d reason he hates her first and finally admitted tht he loved her
