vishkanya are girls who have poison in their body. since when they are kids, girls are fed a small dose of poison with their daily food everyday till the day they grow up to be an adult. after consuming so much poison, their body gets used to it and does not give any reaction to poison since their immune system does not recognize it as threat. but if that girl bites, scratches someone and manages to touch the blood of that another person, the victim dies because their body is not used to poison like vishkanya.
