I had the same question. Zoya might have not moved but may be talking to Asad in the out house and might get spinning sensation due to Razia sleeping pill trick and Asad might suggest her to take rest to get better but Zoya gets passed out and Razia uses the situation for defaming ASYA.

Here is what I think will happen...

Razia messes with the water in Asad's room and somehow makes Zoya go to the outhouse.

Zoya goes to see Asad, sprains her ankle or something on the way. Asad helps her inside and tells her to take the painkiller.

Now it is possible that:

1. Asad also might have had the water and the two of them faint/sleep and Razia takes some pictures

2. Some reaction of taking the pain reliever and whatever is in the water and Zoya may get really sick
