Let's file police cases - Indian Penal Code

So under these penal codes which Armaan was arrested under, which other housemates should be arrested?

324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means),
504 (intentional insult to provoke breach of peace)
509 (word, gesture or act intended to outrage the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code.
294 (obscene acts and songs), 506 (criminal intimidation)
354 a (sexual harassment) in the complaint against Kohli.

Tanisha was verbally/mentally abused by Kushal, should file a case IPC 506 & 509

Tanisha said Gauhar/Kamya need men in their lives, Gauhar/Kamya should file a case against her. IPC 509

Praty said Tanisha behaves like a bar girl, so Tani should file a case against her too. IPC 509

Vivek was abused by Kushal so Vivek needs file a case against Kushal. IPC 294, 354

EDIT: no intention to mock the system, but I feel a lot the charges can be applied to any of the housemates. I blame BB for all of it.

Yeah..but just anybody can't file the cases..it's the victim who has to file the cases

That's fine by me. However, all these fanbases trashing Armaan and hailing Sophia as a hero didn't bat an eye lid when their favorites were engaging in these 'crimes'.

all the people rejoicing for this victory of womenfolks will be singing a different tune if the parties involved were different...no doubt about it what so ever..
