LOL this is silly.. they can't drop Shahid now if the first scehdule is already done. Not only will be it unfair to Shahid but also to the rest of the cast who would have to shoot all the scenes again with the new hero. Plus they must have all allotted a fixed number of days to the project from their schedules. They can't give more days now and mess up their schedules just bcos the makers had this delayed 'brain wave' of replacing Shahid since his past films haven't done well.
