my choice is Dhritarashtra, he's got powerful way of expressing via his voice, I also like Arjunas interestingly heavy voice, Bhishma and Drona too have deep strong voices, Yudhisthir has a soothing voice whilst Duryodhans is sensual

Well going as per characters i would say Bheeshm.Aarav has a deep and a strong voice well suited for his role
