What a beautiful beautiful transformation!!
she looked so gorgeous in ramaiya vastavaiyan! Absolutely gorgeous
however she wasn't that beautiful back in 2009 in her first movie luck! Surgery clearly did wonders for her. She needed a softer nose to match with her gorgeous features and she got it! The new nose looks perfect- it doesn't even look fake!

and also shruti for getting a neat job done and not getting carried away with the surgeries- I think she handled it well!
her nose matches her face perfectly- compliments her other features and looks natural despite not being one
her actual nose was not pretty- it gave her a crooked look but the new one adds innocence and charm
I guess that's the surgery we all talk about- totally appropriate and in perfect limits!
While shilpa and sri devi also got decent jobs- it some how does look fake!
and for the rest like koena etc- it literally made surgeons go jobless as the fear of having a nose like that put a recession of nose jobs and surgeons
but shruti clearly wins here!
she is the perfect example of a brilliant post surgery results!
