They touched lips gently and gradually the kiss turned into a passionate kiss, Aarti wrapped her arms around his shoulder and puller him tight towards her.. Yash stopped for a moment and looked at Aarti..
Aarti: what happened?
Yash: AartiJi, there is something I have been meaning to tell you..
Aarti: what is it?
Yash: I.. I ..
Aarti: YashJi please say it fast
Yash: I..I Love you AartiJi
There was complete silence for a moment.. Aarti heart started to beat like crazy, even Yash could feel her heart beating!
Yash: Aartiji, I know that you may be in complete shock right now but I couldn't hold it in any longer, I had to express to you how much I love you AartiJi..
Aarti: YashJi..
Yash kissed her gently, softly on her neck..Aarti pushed Yash away from her and got up instantly trying to escape from the pleasure

Aarti stuttered not knowing what to say at all. She looked into Yash's eyes and gets lost in them. His confession made her feel at ease.. but why?
Someone knocked at the door, it was Shoba and Maansi back from the mall. Aarti rushed to open the door so she could get away from the awkwardness. Yash stood there nervous, he wanted an answer from Aarti and he knew he would have to wait.
Yash ST: AartiJi, I know that you love me, you just don't know it yet. You are trying to get away from me but it will not work!
Shoba: Aarti! how come you were back so early?
Maansi: oh Ma! I know why!
Maansi winked and looked at Yash, he looked at his feet and tried to hide away his face. Aarti took Maansi's hand and dragged her to her bedroom.
Shoba: Yash beta, sit down.. I will make something for you..
Yash: Shoba ma its okay I am fine
Shoba: Yash, what happened to your head? It wasn't there when we saw you at the mall, what happened?
Yash: I smacked myself into the wall because I am clumsy..

Upstairs Aarti slammed the door shut in her room and made Maansi sit on the bed.
Maansi: tell me! what happened!

Aarti: I saw his ex wife, ArpitaJi at the mall and I don't know why but I got jealous BUT then he said to her that he loved me and it bugged me! Then I didn't even realise that I walked off..
Maansi: What! you met his first wife!
Aarti: yes Maansi, and she was pregnant too, like I was
Maansi: and then what happened? gosh Aarti he loves you not her!! Why so much confusion!
Aarti: I don't know.. my mind was just mixed with everything.. Yash said I love you, ArpitaJi, he baby, her wanting money, I really don't know what was wrong with me.. He said he loved me and I didn't know what was wrong with me.. I felt really happy about it but I was confused for some reason.. I was just walking and I nearly had an accident and he saved me, he got injured saving me
Maansi: Aarti! you really gotta stop thinking too much, you need to stop this! Look Yash loves you and he said that didn't he? but was he being serious?
Aarti: yes he was being serious because when I took him home and put cream on his head.. then he said he loved me.. but how can I love again when love only happens once in someone's life? Maybe he never loved Arpita properly or maybe its not love
Maansi: that's not true Aarti! Yash has fallen in love with you, maybe you can fall in love again and maybe you might be falling for Yash, you might not know it but I think you are!
Aarti: I don't know..! Maybe I am in love after all

Yash: Shoba Ma, that day when you came to my house for Diwali, you went away so early? why is that?
Shoba: beta, I forgot that I had things to do at home and I needed to go back early that's why I went
Yash: sorry ma, but I think something happened, did Ma or BuaJi say anything to you? if they have then I will not let them off so easily!

Shoba had tears filled in her eyes.. At least someone cared for her. She had no one else to share this with apart from him.. poor Shoba

The Engagement Day!!
Shoba got Aarti ready for the engagement. Aarti wore a beautiful green lengha with a matching jewellery set, she was also wearing the matching bangles that Yash chose for her. Maansi came inside her room with makeup to put on Aarti. Maansi got the makeup brush and put blusher on her face.. Maansi looked at Aarti and saw that she looked down.
Maansi: cheer up Aarti! Its your engagement!
Aarti: I know.. why didn't I tell YashJi yesterday.. why didn't I?
Maansi: tell YashJi what?
Aarti: that I hate him
Maansi: why do you hate him? You said to me yesterday that you love him! whats wrong with you Aarti?
Aarti: I don't know, just I hate him for loving me..
Maansi: if you hate him, why are you wearing the bangles that he picked? you could have wore some other green bangles then why the ones he picked?
Shoba then enters again in Aarti's room..
Shoba: is my Aarti ready?
Maansi: yes she is!
Shoba: we need to take her down so in 2 minutes come down with Aarti okay Maansi?

Shoba then left and walked down the stares in deep thought.. She hoped just for today she wouldn't have to deal with Maya Bua or Gayatri. She thought about what Yash said to her yesterday and felt a little relieved. On the last step of the stairs, Shoba slips from being in deep thought. Suraj Pratap walking towards her caught her from folling straight forward.
Suraj Pratap: Shoba, get up!
Shoba: Ji.. sorry.. i dont know where my mind was..
Shoba looked up innocently and awkwardly took her hand off Suraj Pratap's and walked away not looking back once. Gayatri came up to Suraj Pratap and shook his arm.
Gayatri: really? couldn't you let the woman fall!
Suraj Pratap: no I couldn't! problem?
Gayatri in anger rushed over to Yash who was impatiently waiting for Aarti.
Yash: Ma, please, not today at my engagement.. leave Shoba Ma just for one day please? for me?
Gayatri: how do you know Yash?
Yash: I know.. your anger.. please calm down
Gaytri: okay okay.. whatever!

Yash's eyes searched for Aarti around the house. His eyes struck to the stairs waiting for his beauty to come out. Aarti came out of the room with Maansi by her side, They both slowly walked down the stairs and into the room. Maansi placed Aarti next to Yash.. Yash looked at her with delight!
They both got up and faced each other but Aarti tried to avoid eye contact with Yash. Yash wondered what was up with her but just kept it to himself. Yash got the ring from the decorated plate and held Aarti's hand.. Aarti moved her hand away and looked up. She got lost in them big eyes of Yash's.. Yash got her hand once again and placed the ring on her finger not realising that he had got her hand again. She was back in her senses when the people around her were clapping. Aarti got the ring slowly and hesistated to put it on Yash's hand. Yash put his hand towards the ring but Aarti was in a different world.
Suraj Pratap: beta, put the ring on..
Aarti looked up and the ring dropped on the floor.. Yash immediately looked down to try find it. Luckily the ring landed near Maansi! Maansi went over to Aarti and put it in her hand forcefully.
Maansi whispers: come on Aarti, stop doing this and just do it!
Yash put his hand forward for Aarti to put the ring on.. Slowly Aarti put the ring on his finger and everyone clapped once again.
Pratiek: you are now engaged! WOOO
Yash: yes chote! soon we will be having your engagement too!
Pratiek: oh yes! I cant wait! finally I will get engaged to Pari
Gayatri: Pari?
Pratiek: Paridhi!
Gayatri: call her by her real name then you confuse me! (lol silly G3
Yash and Aarti both sat down and got given some gifts from their relatives, they spoke to one another and hugged them as they went back to their homes. They was now only Yash and Aarti's family at Shoba's house. Aarti kept avoiding Yash in between when he tried to make conversation. Yash tried to figure out and kept asking Aarti questions..
Yash: AartiJi, you are okay? why are you avoiding me for?
Aarti: YashJi please, you already know so please just stay away from me!
Yash: I need to know the reason why!
Aarti: Me tumse nafrat karti hu! (I hate you)
Yash: you hate me? hate me? are you sure you cant accept the fact that you have fallen in love with me?
Aarti: No! YashJi please! I beg of you please!
Aarti turned away from Yash.. Yash was left heartbroken to know that his Aarti hates him.. but this cant be true? Yash and Aarti's argument got interrupted by Gayatri and Pankaj who walked towards them..
Pankaj: Yash, we are leaving now..
Yash: Ji bhaiya.. one minute, I need to tell AartiJi something
Pratiek: well of course!
He winked and went off with Pankaj.
Yash: AartiJi, meet me at 8 at the mall and tell me your reason!
Aarti kept silence and went into the kitchen to see Shoba Ma and tell her that they are leaving now. Bringing Shoba along with her, Aarti bid goodbye to her 'to be' mother in law and father in law, she bid her goodbyes to Pankaj, Pratiek and Vidhi but not Yash.. She bowed her head down when Yash said bye to her.. Shoba bid goodbye to Yash, she folded her hands and bid goodbye to Gayatri and Maya Bua but Gayatri and Maya Bua walked out of the house after saying bye to Aarti.

It was 8 o clock now and Aarti got ready to go meet Yash. She went down the stairs with anger and grabbed her purse on the table..
Maansi: Aarti! Aarti! where are you going?
Aarti: to meet YashJi
Maansi: why? whats wrong with you seriously on one hand your saying you hate him and don't want to see him and the next you are going to meet him
Aarti: I am going to tell him the reason why I am like this! now please get out of my way! I need to tell him today!!
Aarti got to the mall and she waited 5 minutes for Yash to come..
Aarti: so he tells me to come here at 8 and he isn't here for himself! GRRR

Yash grabbed her by the wrists and brought her to the wall, he closed in a little so that Aarti could not move. He held Aarti by her cheeks and gave her a heart stirring kiss on the lips. After he kissed her, Aarti opened her eyes slowly, she tingled looking at Yash who was literally crying and tried to move away from Yash. Yash supported his hand on the wall and leaned closer to Aarti and squeezed her body to the wall.
Yash: don't tell me that you hated that kiss! I know you didn't! I felt it.. you pulled in closer! don't lie AartiJi, you love me
