Today Lavanya and her screaming proved that she lacks basic manners. She was not only humiliating the relatives
Of Pakhi but was insulting towards her husband. And her screaming and absurd logicmade no sense. I understand that Anshuman and Pakhi has class difference and she is frustrated that Pakhi is there. But do you forget your manners too like this. I guess she does not have any. Being rich and educated makes people classy or eligible to high society as per her.
She is so snob that she does not understand that all these reflects bad on her so called classy, high status only.
Unfortunately these people do exist on our surrounding. Na jane kaun se baat ka ghamand hai.

Thank you Pinky for making the post that was on my mind too.

No doubt that Lavania has no manners or CLASS by what she did today.

Anshuman too by standing by quietly showed that both Brother and sister were brought up by uncouth and boorish people who had not instilled any kind of humanity in them
leave alone manners.

Being rich does not give you CLASS as we have seen from the behaviour of both the Rathore's that is quite obvious.

Their attitude gives many rich people a bad wrap because I know that some may be like them But all are not to be brushed by their mannerless behaviour.

They may think that being rich gives them permission to humiliate others but I am seriously hoping the writers of this show have a good way of showing that it is wrong and insulting to the intelligence of the audience who do not buy this crap about the rich.

Unfortunately the sad turth is that many people in India think
Class= copying wetsern outfits and food and all that is easy to copy...
They completely miss the Western idea of politeness related to class...
A very ill conceived interpretation, indeed!

Yes true money cant buy you class or manners and its your upbringing and values which were imbibed in your growing
Years make your persona. Anshuman and Lavanya's character sketches reflect that they were badly brouhht up.
I guess they lack sense of respect to any other indivifual. Humiliating others give them sadistic pleasure. In all this class and image conciousness they fail to distinguish between right or wrong.

Lavanya crossed all limits today to satisfy her ego and all trapped hatred was on mouth coming out as words. I guess its this class of having bad language, they are proud of. I hope the makers do show certain incidents in future to counterbalance these absurd behaviour portraying high society, educated rich people. Its partially true but not the whole picture.

Most of rich people, those who worked hard to be rich, are down to earth people.
Lavanya has not earned money she has inherited money that shows in her arrogance.

Anshuman is too like Lavanya, only thing he stabs PAAKHI behind her back.

Agree dear. Money without hardwork does make people loose their mind. But life is very cruel at times and money gets vanished , then your character, values, manners help you to over come the adversity. Lavanya jaise log paise ke ahankar me shayad yeh bhool jate hai ke zindagi hamesha ek nahi rehti.

Not only class but that also represents modernity. Wearing skimpy clothes, drinking alcohol, wearing high heels, playing tennis, eating continental food makes people very modern and eligible to high class society. As if only high society people are modern and classy and people who dont follow all these are gawar. Its such a shallow generalisation. Indian films and shows have stereotyped this whole concept.

I agree with you Sush that imitating western world is a dangerous trend in this part of the world and its sad to see people forgetting their own culture, values make them so called MODERN , CLASSY. This will lead to degeneration of our culture. Why cant there be balance between imbibing good practices from western world along with our good conventional values.

Another thing which annoys me is belittling people with humble background and categorising them as middle class log. Its like an abuse in hindi tv shows.
