Prologue
ETF interrogation room.
Arjun was sitting on his seat, eyeing the person sitting opposite him across the table. the initial shock had gone away, now he is staring at the person intently, and the person also staring him back, a cocky smile on lips.
"i didnt think you are a girl." he said honestly.
"why? you didnt think a girl is capable of stealing?" she replied. he didnt answer, but just watched her intently.
she leaned over the table, and said in a strong voice, "Aurat ki kabiliyat pe kabhi shaq nahi karna chahiye."
he kept one hand under his chin and asked, "what is your name? M for...Mona? Munni? Maria?"
"Mujherjee." she answered.
"bangali?" shree piped in all of a sudden, in surprise. the girl looked at him amused.
"hain bhai, bangali. valo acho to?" ( yes bhai, bengali, are you alright?) she asked in perfect bengali while shree's jaw dropped on floor.
"so whats your first name?" asked arjun cutting short the conversation. the girl's eyes turn to him again, the amusing expression in eyes still there.
"want to know my name on the first meeting, ACP?" she smirked, "even Sam dont know my name."
"i want to know many thing." he said rather curtly, "dont make me make you speak. i promise it will be pain full."
her eye brows went upward, "gosh, you are hot. so sad that you are a police and i am a thief, damn." she looked little sad, "do you have 6 pack abs?"
he tried to be stern, but inside he was burning with anger. the girl sensed it, and grinned widely, leaning on the chair and started to whistle. he continued to glare at her, without having least effect on her.
