Asad had somehow managed to postpone his outdoor shoot, wanting to deal with the situation at hand.Now that everything was getting back to its rightful place in his personal life.., it was only a matter of a few media manifestations that he needed to clear quickly. With his court date fast arriving, he didn't want any more speculations on him, his image or his character, so with the consent of his PR team and his family Asad had decided to confront the media through a press confrence.In any other situation he wouldn't have cared, but now that Zoya was knee deep into this situation, and when questions were being raised on her integrity and her character, he had to get up an take a stand and clear the air of misunderstanding. He had still decided not make their relationship public for the mere fact that it was his personal life and he wanted to keep it that way.If thay found out there were chances that the media would dig in deeper, prodding even more, asking even more invasive questions wanting to collect the when, how, where and why's of their lives.So it was better kept underwarps.
Zoya on the other hand had finally clamed down and had finally been let in on all the details of the issue at hand. She didn't care how Asad went about it, as far as it resolved the issue. All she cared about and had been rejoicing about for the past 4 days was the reunion of the family.Everything was finally out in the open the thorns of the past had finally been removed leaving behind a beautiful promise of tommorow. She was finally at peace, her world becoming whole once again, as she spent the last few days with the family, talking, laughing and enjoying each others company.. Another great thing that had happened admist this choas was Ayaan and Humeira's marriage proposal. The families had finally met and had agreed upon their union, deciding on their engagement in a month's time, the wedding happening next year. Everone was just ecstatic, the problems seeming minute in comparission.
They all along with Humeira, sat at the table for dinner, talking about Ayaan and Humeira upcoming engagement, Zoya holdin onto everybody's attention by her enthusiasm, sharing the million ideas she had for that day. They all laughed and Asad rolled his eyes..sighing at the fact, that his wife talked too much, but he wouldn't have it any other way. Her smile, her babble, her enhutisam was something he was greatful for, as it took away the dark clouds of problems looming around him. He just sat back and relaxed, happy to finally feel light inside.His world was all where he always wanted it to be.
Zoya-Asad don't u think we should perform one of our dances at their engagement?? Asked a very excited Zoya, pulling Asad out of his..thoughts..

Asad-Answer me Zoya...coz if I were to assume..by the hue of ur blush...u cannot help but relive those vivid images in ur head...and fall for me all over again..thus proving other wise..on the very point u just made...rite...he looked into her eyes closer...
Zoya-Rite...responded Zoya in a daze...lost in his eyes..
Asad-Well thank u wife for agreeing with me...he gave her a quick peck on her cheek and walked away..His pride..Creating an air of..Victorious pleasure around him...as he walked up to his room.
Finally as Asad walked away..Zoya's brain caught on to her...making her realize that she had agreed on what he had said..n she just yelled NO...I meant no...you're wrong in ur assumption..Mr Asad Ahmed Khan...I Uh..I was never drooling over you..or shivering at your touch..or messing up my heartbeats for u...N I wasn't the one who kissed you...in the first place..it was you...she spoke out.. making her way to his room..where he had just a second ago retired to...and..I defintely was never jealous of ne girls around you...MR...why would I care...N I have NEVER...I mean never...sneaked into the changing room...I mean why would I do that..I get to see you naked all the time...she gasped as she spoke the last line..her hands flying up to her mouth to stop her from speaking further...She looked around...Najma, Ayaan, Humeira and Dilshad's eyes were wide open...their stance..still...making Zoya..turn even redder with embaressment...
Asad-Well you forgot...the confession part...Asad popped his head out of his half opened door, shirtless behind the door for sure...So then why did u say I love you to me..in just a month of dating huh?? He smirked..enjoying every bit of Zoya's situation..caring not even a single bit wat his family..thought...his attention totally focused on Zoya...
Zoya-I uh...ASAD...she screamed..as she tried to punch him, but Asad was quick...and he shut his door...making Zoya scream..in frustration...ARRGGGHHH...I hate you Mr Asad Ahmed Khan...she stormed to her bedroom besides him...Mango..following her..her docked tail wagging for some attention...
The whole family finally recovered from all the information that was brought out amongst the two...Najma the first one to break into fits of laughter..Ayaan, Humeira and then finally Dilshad joining in.

The day was finally here...when Asad was to address the media..about all the speculations that they had been accusing him of. With his family by his side and his heart and consciounce clear, he made his way to the venue, Zoya sitting besides him feeling nervous for what was to come.Zoya was not part of the press conf, her presence not needed around, as it would'nt help with the damage control. So she had reluctantly agreed upon staying behind with Ayaan, listening in to the conf, and being there in support for Asad.Zoya was in disguise, as that was her only alternative for wanting to be with Asad.Dressed in oversized sweats n a hoddie, with big glasses to cover her eyes, Zoya was not easy to recognize. They dropped her a few blocks away from the hotel and made their way to the room, while Zoya managed to get there in the next 5 minutes. Once everything was briefed, set and done, Ayaan made his way to the room right besides the conf area and joined Zoya for watching the live feed of the press conf...
Zoya's eyes didn't leave Asad even for a second..her palms sweating with anxiety, but Asad seemed to be unaffected, calm and poised. He was himself, the star peaople knew..Very confident and calm.
Asad sat with his team...behind the table on the stage and initiated the questions, once everone was settled...
One by one...questions started to bombard...and Asad effortlessly answered to each one of them...very easily slippin in the things he wanted to express...

Zoya was finally relaxing a little as she saw Asad doing fablulously...she let go of Ayaans hand and let out a sigh..

Asad- Well for all your questions regarding the supposed affair...the casting couch and my hypothetical engagement...let me clear a few things...
1- I don't stand for any casting couch..n I shun that medium..its the most disgusting thing one can ever do...and I would never ever in my entire life..be a part of such a disguisting process...So I would really appreciate it if you would lay these false accusations to rest...Infact I challenge you to dig up any proof in that matter...
The crown listened silently..not knowing what to answer back or what to ask in conjunction.
2- I was never ever engaged to anyone...that was another false statement that was brought out during the course of the movie promotions...and If you choose to I have a written letter from my costar of that movie...as you all might already know..that such rumors always surface..when a new movie is on the peak of its release...so once again..its all media manifestations...
He showed the image of the letter signed by Tanveer very clearly stating that there was no engagement that ever happened between the 2 infact, she is very happy with her long time beau..
3- And now for your last accusations..n whether or not I am seeing my co actor..or sleeping with her..or any such bull shit...I just have one thing to say...Mind your own business...what I do in my personal life..is none of your concern...so..I expect that to be respected... I have nothing else to share on this...
But the journalist wouldn't budge..they carriedn on with their hammering wanting..answers..asking for explainations on the pictures they had...
