R..Rajkumar Box office Prediction!

Masala films are being rejected left, right and center. Amongst these comes R...Rajkumar starring the extremely talented but equally unsuccessful, Shahid Kapur. The strength of the film is the chartbuster music, Prabhudeva and a massive release with an open run until Dhoom 3. The weaknesses are the lead hero's box office pull, the lead actress who is so over-exposed that nobody cares for her and the genre which has reached its saturation point with the audience.
This is Shahid's biggest commercial offering since Mausam. A decent opening is guaranteed with the release size and the music. So here are my predictions.

Opening Day: 10.5 Cr
Weekend: 33 Cr
Lifetime: 80 Cr
Verdict: HIT

I don't think the genre hasn't reached its saturation point, it just hasn't been used smartly and with the right actors. All three Khans have three masala releases coming up - Dhoom 3, Jai Ho and Happy New Year. I highly doubt they will flop, infact I think they will break records.

R..Rajkumar's content will be crappy, that I'm sure of. But I think they have the right cast, release date, number of screens, hype, music and all that which helps make a movie successful at the boxoffice. I hope your prediction is true, I want this film to be a hit for Shahid and Sona!

Day 1 - 9.5, Weekend - 33. Lifetime - 75.

I am praying for a hit atleast as Shahid deserves this one! He is a very hardworking actor who just needs some luck right now! Praying for you Shahid😳
