Another wonderful chapter!!!

Oh i see a different avatar of manorama mami here! Somehow i had not assumed that she would be so against thr match! I mean she has been downright rude and vicious! Its clear she would not accept payal! Uff!! Again a battle ahead for Akash, given how headstrong both these ladies are!
Sometimes i actually wonder is it worth getting married to a person when clearly her mother is not accepting of you! The guy also gets grinded between the two ladies ,clearly he cannot side with anyone! Unless you dont have to live with your MIL or she is only a visiting entity, i genuinely consider the worthiness of this arrangement! Where you suffer, your husband suffer and your MIL more than herself suffering makes you suffer!!

Okay coming back to the story!
I loved Anjali Anya conversation! It is perhaps the first time that these two sisters had a heart to heart talk with each other! I have often seen that elder sisters are more loving and are more affectionate and caring towards you that you are! I too have two elder sisters and i know that their concern and affction for me certainly more than mine for them! Its i guess basic human nature! So i guess anjali understooD it well!!
Then during their childhood anjali was older and understood things well and therefore got more affected than anya, who though was affected but her mind was too yoing to take it all!!
Secondly i can even emphatise with Anya when she felt bad for getting sewatshirts for friends and forgot fr her sister! Well friends are generally closer to us , we share our most innane things to secret most desires with them! Spen maximum time with them!The level of affection of them is totally at a different ! So it comes naturally to u to buy things for them! And may be not the same for your siblings!!!
So overall i loved their exchange!!
However i have this very fleeting suspicion making home in my head! Is payal the baby that you described in the prologue? N her father was anya's who cheated on anya's mother with payal's? Just a suspicion because payal is an orphan who lived in a church i guess!!

Coming to Arnav khushi part!! Oh firstly i love doctors!! I read it some 10 yrs back when i was in school , n i still read , some of the snippets, chapters of it time to time!
So again coming back to Arnav! Now he is almot close to stalking her i should say! Given how he is everywhere now where she is! N secondly i love how khushi put her foot down and forced Arnav to step back! You simply cannot crush somebody at one point of time and then come bk behaving nothing had happened!!!
So m waiting to see what exactly happened for Arnav to behave like this!! Meanwhile i loved this fiery khushi!!!

Loved the chapter! M sorry i guess i have digresses alot here!!

Waiting for the nxt part!!!

loved the chapter! Mami is so mean :( I don't understand why though.. what made her this way?!

and Anya is so cute! I love that she came to apologize to Anjali just for not getting her a sweater, I love the love she has for her family.

And Aranv's cute little dance with Khushi trying to leave and him not letting her was awesome

I hope he wins her over

And Anjali wants kids! And she's leaving the past behind! I'm so happy for her, and I love the Shyam in your story :)

Can't wait for the next one!

Since I am not on Page 1 - it doesn't really matter at all that I have another post on the page before this..does it? :P

So here I am - sighing and forcing my fraught nerves to ease up after that explosive conversatiom.

Let me scroll back to the beginning and work my way down (does that sound like a euphemism for something else? ah well)

Manorama Mami is a piece of work isn't she? But there are mothers who can be real bitches (excuse me) when it comes to their territorial rights over their sons and here is a classic example of one. Poor Payal really. Because whatever their story and however much there is love and passion, to be an orphan all your life and then marry a person who has Manorama for a mother - is just unfair. But then who said life is fair. All I will hope for is that Akash is strong and knows how to maintain himself fairly between his wife/girlfriend and his mother and that Payal will be strong enough to not take shit once things are formal - if and when they are.

Anya and Anjali - That was a heartelt scene of shared memory of childhood - an unpleasant one overall but moments of normalcy interspersed nevertheless. It's always a great time to tell a sibling what they meant to you but just around a wedding, when she is stepping into a new world and making a family herself, is the best time to do what Anya did. Though honestly, if I were Anjali - I would have been slightly sad - not angry or even disappointed and heck I would definitely understand the friend thing - Anya has spent more time with her friends after all, grown up with them - but I would be slightly sad. Tiffany's photo frame - not a patch on matching cashmere sweaters :P

And now the famous awkward post-kiss dialogue - Defence 101 - Offend when you can't do otherwise - Come now, Khushi - you were in that kiss as much as he was. And that pawing comment - naah..you can do better. Next time, flip you hair, smile breezily and say it could use some work, kiss him on the cheek and sashay away. Then hide because you are no scarlet woman but you just needled a very charged up bull

Why is mami being so obnoxious - we all know that mothers are insecure about their son finding their own daughter in laws but stil!! - hope Payal and Akash do not have to face hard times ahead!

Loved the the Anya - Anjali conversation about sisterhood, their past and all. So anjali was seeing a psychiatrist - wonder if Arnav was too

Now coming to that Arnav- Khushi interaction - So Arnav made the first step but how can he be so nonchalant about it - was it really just a kiss - Grrr - Really hope sparks fly once and for all so that they can both deal with all those pent up emotions that have been building up for years now. the volcano has got to erupt- bas! then they can deal with all the lava that will be pouring out. Talking of lava - you have now wanted to make eat lava cake too😉

each tym i wait for an update from you i keep on thinking ki wat new will be there in the upcoming part and then wen the update comes it leaves me dumbstruck and i cant stop myself from wondering how you write so judiciously and the ideas that you come up with each chapter make me fall in love with DND more and more..

i always tell you and i cant stop myself from telling yet again, i love the way you show the coalition between all the characters..today it was anjali and anya..the whole conversation warmed the cockles of my heart it made me wanting for a sister i dont have..so anya remembers everything that has conspired between her parents and m glad albeit the troubled childhood has an affect on her she had anjali and arnav who did succeded to remove those harsh memories upto some extent..m glad anjali has also overcome her insecurities and is looking forward to her new life😊

i feel bad for payal..why is mamiji so indifferent towards her??is it becoz she is orphan or is there any other reason??i just hope akash doesnt turn out to be a maa ka chamcha like in show and will stand up for his love..by the way the family is behaving i guess only mami is against this alliance..but mami's behaviour still confuses me at a point she seems good caring and another moment she acts all bitchy...

arnav and khushi their mere presence nowadays is the main cause of global warming around me and arnav at his flirty best dii m telling you stop making him so tempting else il get an heart attack very soon and there may be scarcity of water here in my hostel for sure due to the amount of water i gulp down..😆

just a small conversation and regardless the fact that they were fighting my heart was going all dhak dhak and butterflies wer fluttering in my stomach...

just a kiss how casual he is may be he doesnt know his mere look makes people losse their senses😆

and khushi she is a brave girl and m loving her character more and more and her abstention is worth applaud..👏

we will talk..*sigh* this has made me speechless again he wants to talk and makes me to shut my mouth😆

you have made me wanting for the next update already..

Loved the update.

It really tickled to read Anjali had been to The Manu Maharani when Manorama was hell bent on showing her attitude and throwing tantrums! Loved the way Anjali consoled Anya about her feelings and put her mind to rest. So Arnav is being met with roadblocks and he just not able to understand whats happening anymore! Its like the meet of two rocks!
