Sriti Jha, popular as Balika Vadhu's Ganga, was recently in news when she decided to quit the show, just when the track was focusing on her.

According to sources, she exited because she felt that her character did not turn out the way she had imagined it would. However, Sriti maintains a politically correct stance about her exit. She says, "Balika Vadhu happened to me because I worked hard in my earlier shows. So, in a way, they are responsible for building my identity. Despite our hard work and the number of hours we put in, content is the hero of every show. So as far as I am concerned, it's not about me, and very soon people will start identifying Sargun Mehta with the character Ganga as she is portraying it well."

Does she regret quitting the show? "No, I don't regret my decision that I left a popular show likeBalika Vadhu. I am happy that I am out of the show and took a break for a month in Delhi. I am waiting for TV offers now." Ask her if she is wanting to do similar roles and she says, "I am open to anything. Am not limiting myself because I became popular as Ganga. I want to do anything interesting that is offered to me."

Oh so she didnt have a meatier option in hand(like the rumors of saubhagyavati bhava 2) and still she quit BV...must say she ws really frustrated with the snoozefest 😆

Good decision Sriti...hope to see you in a better role with shanky or some other good male lead.Goodluck!

She does not regret that is her spirit. she does not give damn to popularity of show but to character s interesting sketch

And so called popular show could not use her talent in best way that is bad luck of channel and ph of bv

but we miss sriti too much. for me only sriti is Ganga who was giving dozens of expressions for each gesture and feeling
She made Ganga alive

she said it well...both she and Shashank seem to work very hard & put in hours and hours but the content they were given was not enough, eventually what came out on the show doesn't justify the 12-15 hours or so of shooting that we hear they do so often...they got 1-2 minute scenes towards the end ...after all that shooting, this is how long the scenes are going to be? something is wrong there...and the BV PH doesn't care who plays the role since the ratings for now are still high enough, tho they are falling...they didn't realize what impact a powerful actor can create with a mediocre script or a very good script...this has led them to having multiple actors replaced ...and eventually it will take its toll on the show.

Sriti , you deserve better and so does Shashank and a number of other actors on this show...

She quit right on time when cvs have actually killed their show , butchered the character of Ganga No screen space for JaGan first they would get 1 or 2 minutes scenes in her times now even not that In her place even i would run out of this show and do something better

I wonder why Sargun agreed for this show ?🤔 The type of track and screen space cvs have given her i am confused she agreed to do this ???

and Mr Vyas please do some other show please please please 😭

Will Ganga remain alive for Sargun to make any impact ?i have read and heard almost from all reliable sources cvs are killing her which they always wanted to do In this way they can save more screen space and give to Sanchi and Shekhars🤢

Its high time Mr Vyas too leaves the show Even Shekhars servant has more screen space than Jagya Please Mr Vyas quit this crap I beg to you 😭

Sriti Jha's such a correct and no-nonsense personality the way she gives interviews!

The way this show has been going, there's no reason for Sriti to regret leaving it.

CVs mauled Ganga. They've managed to make most characters irritating (not going into specifics).

I hope she gets good offers as main lead.

Ganga had a huge canvas as a character when it was first introduced. CVs flushed it down the drain.

Actually no actor who left BV, needs to regret their decision.

They're creative people. It's upto them to do what they want to do or leave if they feel stagnated.

Shashank is only a show piece on montage nothing more for cvs Seriously its high time he throws resignation papers on PH bosses faces and leaves with his head high I am sure his fans will be proud of him and the leading young man of great talent he is He will get another serial quite easily and he will get praise even there but this BV will be doomed Currently BV is surviving on the shoulders of the male leads not on the great story

and Sargun i think like Sriti she is cheated too. The cheap PH is making an issue out of her marriage while everyone knew from start of this year she is going to be married this december .PH has played same trick during Sriti as Ganga too Ganga will die now again its quite clear they themselves want to kill her We are not this big fools who cannot join two and two together and understand the PH 's cheap tricks
