Agreed. MA has invited trouble from all sides. MA thinks that she has Jalal's support no matter what but because of this misunderstanding and her blind love and partiality towards Adham (no matter what he does, she supports him by cleaning the mess he makes!) she is not able to see how the situation and everyone in Agra is turning against her. Everyone probably knows that she is no saint..but she still kind of gets away with it. But the case in question this time is Adham who is unanimously infamous among all. On top of that its Jodha whom Jalal considers to be very wise and of course he has a soft spot for her. So the signs are probably not good for MA and Adham. Lets see how it all plays out.
I also agree with you about Jalal's "ehsaas" moment. Infact to me, even Jodha's declaration that she doesn't hate him anymore sounded a bit off and disjointed from the whole scene. It sounded a bit random to me but your take that she probably said the right things at the right time to her advantage got me thinking. I don't know why would she deliberately try to manipulate things with Jalal when just a second ago she said that she had complete faith in Jalal's justice. In any case, lets see how it plays out. And coming to Jalal's ehsaas, I too failed to connect with him there. I think these events needed a proper build up for us to be able to understand and connect with.
