Sense and sensibilities????

At first let me make it very clear that, I love this show. There should be no doubt about it. For that reason, whenever there is any inconsistency in any character, it hurts. As a fan, I am criticizing this only for the betterment of this show.
When a salesman wants to sell his product to his customer, who is the more powerful party here?? Salesman or customer?? I think we all know the answer. It's customer who will decide the fate of that proposal,whether he would buy that product or not. If he decides to buy it, it's his right to bargain for the price too. If he and the salesman can reach a point which will benefit them both, only then the product will be sold. Now if a customer needs a product, it's NOT his weakness. He can buy the product from other shops too but he is buying it from this shop. And THIS gives him the power to decide.
Now lets come to the point. I know it happened ages ago, but still I didn't get the point of Antara-Sattya touch-me-not Condition. Antara is a customer here. She needed revenge which is a product here. Sattya had that product and he offered that to Antara like a sales man. Antara decided to buy that. Now here, Antara has more power because she can avenge her father's death in many other ways. Sattya's proposal is just another option. It's Sattya how needs the approval badly just like a salesman who needs to sell his product so that he can make minimum profit. Now,among Antara and Sattya,who is supposed to get the right of bargaining?? Obviously Antara. But in the show, we saw the opposite. Sattya is maarofying googly since he thought that he is married to Antara and our heroine is terrorized of physical assault in almost every scene because she did marry him. Here, the customer is suffering for buying the product and though the salesman is hovering around her like 24/7, she can't complain him to get her money back.
When at first, I watched scenes on this touch condition and Sattya's making Antara doing everything that he wants, I thought that may be there are some other issues on which basis Antara is so scared. May be Sattya is blackmailing Antara about her mother. May be he said her that he will tell about Dr. Kaul's death to Geetaji. If it would have been the reason, then it would have justified Antara's majboori perfectly. But it wasn't. There was even no flashbacks about this condition. I would have liked it as I am still wondering how that condition thingy came in Antara's mind in the first place. How they approached on this topic. But alas!! I have to rely on imagination here.
Now, let's come to the basic. Why this condition?? This marriage is just for taking revenge. Antara-Sattya will never have a normal couple thingy in their relationship and they knew that during this whole fiasco. Then from where did this condition fit in this situation?? Though they married, both of them are very well aware of the fact that, this was a show off. Then why will there be a touching issue. It isn't like that a man will get his right on the girl's body automatically if he is married to her. It's about a mutual acceptance from both side.So why will Antara be scared of Phattu at all??I didn't get it.
I know many will say that as they are married according to society, they has to do everything like couple. For that reason, this condition originated from their fertile mind. BUT, their intimacy is confined to their bedroom and it's a private place where no society will be present to check on them whether they are maintaining their married life properly or not. So, again I failed to catch the logic behind this entire condition thing. Sorry if I offended anyone but I wanted to share my frustration with you all about this so I did.
