The Next Morning

Manya was super duper excited to go explore the room of Princess Manyata. She wondered what it'd be like to be a Rajkumari. Little did she know, she was in for just that experience. Manya looked around for Uday, slowly and slowly she was getting used to the butterflies in her stomach that came when Udayveer was around. And just then UV showed up.

U: Hey Manya, ready to go?

M: So you convinced them all?

U: If I want something, I get it.

M: What a confidence, AKRU.

U: Hey, do you wanna go or not?

M: YES YES YES!

Manya was ecstatic and Uday liked the twinkle in her eyes that appeared. They both went up to Manyata's room and Uday opened it. Uday hadn't been in the room for almost 2 years. All the memories of him and Manyata flashed before his eyes. Manya noticed the sudden change in Uday's nature and body posture. He was a lot more "stiff."

M: You okay?

U: Yeah.

M: Do you wanna talk about it?

U: It's just it's been so long. I really want her to come back now. I was betrothed to her you know? We were going to marry each other and we were best of friends since the beginning. My mum left and then she did too.

Uday looked sad and hopeless.

M: Hey I bet she'll come back now.

U: Sure Manya, she'll come back after 16 years. Even her dad doesn't believe it and now Uncle Brij and my dad are thinking of marrying me to J! I just wished she was here with me right now.

For some reason seeing Uday in that state pinched Manya. She wanted to just pull him in a hug and that's what she did. She gave Uday a big hug and Uday was shocked for a second but reciprocated the hug. He felt like he was with Manyata for a second.

U: Oh god Uday, what the heck? You are supposed to be MANLY and a Prince not letting your emotions peek through. And why are you thinking about Manyata? She's gone...forever.

Manya finally let go and thought to herself about what she did 10 secs ago.

M: ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND MANYA? You just gave Uday a hug like what is wrong with you?

Both Manya and UV were in an awkward state so Manya decided to go and explore the rest of the room.

She touched all of Manya's little clothes and her pictures.

M: She was ADORABLE!

U: That she definitely was.

M: I assure you Uday, I will definitely help you find her"your long lost princess.

Just then the servant called.

S: Manya and rajkumar ji, Rajmata has said that there will be a party in the evening to celebrate the beginning of Manya's documentary. Moreover, she has called you guys to lunch.

M: Okay, we're coming!

Then, Manya and Uday left. Jaynandini had been watching the events play out in the room.

J: She hasn't even been here for a whole day and is already trying to get Uday?! Oh she better watch out because this party is going to be a big one for her.

Then everyone had lunch and rajmata discussed the happenings of the party with everyone. On the other hand, J was making a plan to embarrass Manya along with Vijay bhai.

J: I will kill her! How dare she even lay hands upon MY Uday?

V: But J, Uday is only Manyata's.

J: Oh shut up Vijay bhai. Manyata is never coming back. She's probably DEAD.

V: Manya is in for a big surprise, I tell you.

J smirks.

J: She will regret coming here.

And they both laugh but maybe this plan of theirs might bring Uday and Manya or Manyata even closer.

PARTY TIME

It was indeed party time. All the guests were coming and the royal parivaar looked lavishing. Manya was getting ready in her room. She had decided to wear a sari in order to look Indian and elegant. She loved wearing Indian clothes and while in America, she didn't have much reason to. She looked gorgeous in her fuchia pink sari that was adorned with gold embellishments. As she looked at herself in the mirror, she saw the scar that was visible for all to see. She absolutely hated it and it was her insecurity, in fact she tried to not wear that many low cut backs so no one could see it.

She was afraid of what people would think of it and she always asked her parents how she got it but they never gave her an answer. In fact, whenever she'd ask, they would get scared. So in order to hide the scar, she let her hair down and decided to go down to the party.

As she was going down, everyone stared as if she was a Princess, she liked getting the attention but for some reason this time she was uncomfortable with it. She felt it was an attention that mocked her but soon her eyes lay on Uday.

He was looking at her with twinkling eyes. She looked like a fairy he thought. Manya didn't even realize that she wasn't nervous anymore and kept staring at Uday as if he was her strength.

J hated the attention that Manya was getting but she smirked as she thought of the plan that she had in store for her.

Rajmata: Oh beta, you look stunning.

Manya blushed at the compliment.

M: Thank you so much!

RM: Beta, I want you to tell the press about the documentary, they are very inquisitive about the project.

Manya proceeded towards the mike and talked about her project. Uday kept staring at her in awe and soon realized what he was doing.

U: What the heck?! Am I, THE Udayveer Singh, growing fond of an ordinary girl named Manya? Oh please, I can get any girl that I want.

Manya finished talking about her project and was happy as she got off the podium and the press started applauding her. She felt confident and went over to take aashirwad from the RajParivaar. She started to talk to Unnati and after finishing the conversation went over to grab a drink.

M: A non alcoholic punch please.

J:Oh here Manya, I just had this in my hand to give to ya and then I saw you over here! I knew you didn't drink so I got this specially made for you.

M: Oh how sweet! Guess I'll just have yours then.

And Manya gulped the drink in a matter of seconds.

M: That was tasty.

J: Oh yes, I know.

Manya started to feel dizzy and lightheaded. She wasn't aware that J had mixed something into the drink. And the embarrassment for Manya then started.

Manya started to act drunk and was dancing all crazily and was doing humiliating antics. The RajParivaar was in shock.

Brijraj: What is the girl doing? If she can't handle drinks, then she shouldn't get any.

The press started taking pictures of drunk Manya.

Uday looked at Manya and knew that she was more responsible than this. He saw Jai smirking and realizing it was all part of her planning and then BAM! Manya had fallen and her hair had come to the side making the scar visible that Uday stared at.

He got closer to look at the scar and the memory of him hitting Manyata with his plastic sword at his tender age of 5 flashed before his eyes.

Manyata! Uday whispered.

He knew he needed evidence to prove this and decided that he would do a DNA test in order to logically prove that Manya was Manyata or if the scar was just a coincidence. Meanwhile, Rajmata asked Manya's team to take her to her room before she does any more foolish incidents.

After Manya's leave, everyone had calmed down. Manya had fallen asleep and Jai knew she was victorious in her planning and just then Uday came to talk to her.

U: So this was all your plan huh?

J: Oh Uday, how did you know

Jai leaned over to Uday and started to outline his face with her manicured finger.

U: Have you forgotten that I am THE Udayveer Singh, I know everything sweetheart.

J: I can't forget your handsome self...never ever.

U: Why did you do this? She hasn't done anything.

J: She laid eyes upon you.

U: I am not your property Jai, anyways, I can smell the jealousy.

J: There's no jealousy because you're going to be mine very soon. Manyata jiji isn't coming back and soon DS and Ma will realize that.

U: We'll just see about that.

And after that Uday left, leaving a dumbfounded Jai.

Soon the party came to an end with everything under control. The RajParivaar was embarrassed but handled things quite nicely and decided they would have a talk with Manyata the next day when she'll be in a much more responsible state.

Everyone went to their respective rooms with Uday and Unnati leaving to go to their palace. The next morning had a lot in store.
