I was thinking the exact same thing and I totally agree with most of the comments. Personally I loved season 1 but season 2's starting was amazing and I expected a more character development especially for Omi and Avi. Its kind off funny that the only new character left is Rukimini, she did have potential but right now shes really annoying with ruining every good moments.

I also agree with pretty much everything you said! but, I guess we have to consider that new writers came in the middle and thus all the mishaps started from then on, though they did wake up from their slumber and pick up the pace after that, but TBP definitely lost its certain element after they came. Though, now that anand sir is coming back, hopefully he picks up on everything that you have pointed out and everything that is missing from the original and I'm sure he will because in a way his strong writing is what truly makes TBP an appealing show.

bang on post , well I agree each and every point . I guess if JJ and anand sir comes bak ...the show will b bak to normal . nowadays there is no solid track . ok im happy wid this piddi tryin to get rahi close wala track bt tats not how THE BUDDY PROJECT is. i wud def appreciate the election , bt i guess after jj left the whole tbp got into a big mess. as mais sed they r tryin to get the dean as replacement for jj bt it can never happen. jj had tat ability to make things clear. its nt jst the buddies bt even we used to feel tat "if jj comes to knoe this he 'll handle it" ..he was a main character of the show. widout him i guess the buddies are jst scattered .and also ther is no track for buddies as a whole . its their individual love stories which is goin on in camp. frankly , wen i heard this camp idea , i really felt we'll get many scenes like buddies together enjoying , bt i guess its nt goin that way. even piddi's character can b portrayed better . and jeemi ...pata nahi wat happened to them. avi , after panchi sed its over betn us...tats all avi gayab . and omi widout reason gayab . these were really gud characters.. bt they jst wasted it . and rukmini...i m nt a fan of her ...bt then the way this character is bein developed...its nt at all gud ...they can make her a lil mature and the whole situation a lil mature...i m jst hopin everythin becomes fyn after anand sir is bak . and hopin JJ wll come bak ASAP. without these two ppl the show is nt lookin like our tbp
