I feel that he DID knew that there is no eviction this week and he most likely figured it out because it was very evident on his face that he did not seem surprised at all -- neither he reacted the way he usually does by over reacting!
He must have figured out that since there was no secret room eviction till date and it usually happens around this time of the year he had pretty good reason to believe that.
Yes he is going to see and hear things from the housemates but will he be surprised?
