I didn't like Kamya initially and her company- Pratyusha (the queen of taking offences)and Armaan (the king of dishing out cuss words) didn't really help her case much and ascertained my belief that I would never like her. I don't know how the switch flipped but one day I thought- Damn it! What Kamya is saying is right! As you already must know, there are few things in life which are more aggravating than seeing a person you are determined to dislike act decently.😆All my prejudices melted away slowly. I loved the advice she gave to Andy- "If the others irritate you and call you names laugh at their faces. Dance. Make them think- how can he laugh after all this?"That's the way to go about life isn't it? By remaining cool and unruffled? By living in such a way that people get goosebumps when they turn to look at you?I also liked the way she cares for Pratyusha. Everyone has faults, she knows Pratyusha is immature but she accepts that and stands up for her friend. I like her outlook towards life, from the glimpses I catch of her ideologies. When she told Ajaz that he should stop trying to do things just because they are 'in' but adapt his cheerful attitude and use it when he leaves the BB House too. I don't know whether she genuinely cares for him but look at the way she said it. She started by heaping praises over his shoulder and then gently told him what was wrong without offending him. That was so clever. She has a one track mind, Kamya does. She knows the game well. Her advices are spot on. She is loyal to her friend. She is fair too. She may have her vices but to me they are far outweighed by her virtues.Crying is not always a sign of weakness. Not every person who weeps in the bigboss house is vying for public attention. Sometimes people cry because they are overwhelmed too. I don't know whether Kamya cries genuinely or not but when she says she misses her daughter and she left a messy situation behind her, it feels real. Her 'I'm strong' is her mantra. We often try to motivate ourselves. Don't we? She is strong, as evidenced by the fact that she stood up for what she believed each time. She tries to be fair. She is strong in ways that matter.I don't know whether Kamya will win the show or not. But if I've to choose my favourite, it'd be her.Hands down.
I have noticed this before, but it really annoyed me yesterday. She is so cringe worthy and is always acting like she is shooting for a drama.. At first I used to think she is only doing it as a joke but obviously it's serious. There have been a couple of incidents in the past two days:
1) When Kamya was sitting on her own and going on about how Andy suggested to cut her daughter's pictures up (although the task was not announced, only suggested). I mean I understand her pain and I would be equally annoyed but the way she was sitting on her own and making a fuss and the way she said "I HATE you Andy, I hate you" ... it was so unbelievably dramatic and cringe worthy!!2) When Andy's mum came and her whole rant of "Sorry Aunty I don't want to speak because Andy has hurt me" .. I mean get over yourself, an older lady has come to meet you and this is how you react? I mean good for her that she eventually got up but she didn't seem to happy about it. Anyways, her rant seemed very 'I am nominated so I must get sympathy' like.3) When Sofia took a 5 min smoking break, she out of nowhere ran into the smoking room and screamed 'Main 24 hours thi" and then continued screaming this and ran out... I don't get how her task was relevant? Considering on both days Sofia gave a break. Again I feel like she only wanted to get involved for footage, esp. because she kept looking at the camera.4) Also when she decided to split the food, she went into the kitchen and screamed so loudly in Aijaz's ear. I mean he was sitting right next to her, could she not have explained more quietly or did she need to get more loud? Again this I found to be very fake..Anyway, these are only some things I have noticed. I feel she has only hyped up this week to get sympathy. She is trying to play the same trump card as Shweta and Urvashi. In that all are single mothers and actresses...I hope she doesn't win though, I feel like she is silently plotting and lets others fire the gun for her...
Absolutely agree! She makes me cringe with her negativity and meanness. I can't remember a totally negative person like her in any BB season.
I feel she is making a last-ditch effort to hog limelight, sadly using her daughter. I think she is realizing that she is getting sidelined amongst stronger personalities like Gauhar, Andy and Tanisha etc. Every week Bollywood actors come and no one even cares to mention her. 😆 Last week, Soha called Gauhar as a 'strong, dangerous player' and Tanisha as 'strong, dignified', and also praised Sangram. Maybe Kamya has taken that to heart and is trying to get any footage possible - that's why she was unreasonably loud, aggressive this week in the task. And then the ultimate saas-bahu antic of 'kitchen ka batwaara' was the last straw for me. 🤣Of course, Ajaz is playing a real dirty game here - on one hand, he tells the cameras that Kamya calls me a friend then says mean things; and on the other hand, he goes and reveals this to her? It remains to be seen WHAT is the actual truth about Andy 'planning' this task and the WAY in which Ajaz told this to Kamya.
She is just portraying that she is strong, when in fact she is NOT.
Very well said. What does BB find in her, it beats me. Is it in her contract that she will be till finals. BB has history of single mother, divorced contestant being successful. It appears that single mother angle is a must to BB as is romantic angle. Only this time this angle is not working.Absolutely agree! She makes me cringe with her negativity and meanness. I can't remember a totally negative person like her in any BB season.
