So Jalal mistook Jodha's gift as Ruqaiya's?

I am way too romantic in nature!

The room Jalal entered in to in the end if I were the CV's I would have made it a gift from Jodha! With a tub full of crystal clear water and fireflies running all around throwing that reflection of liquid gold around the room. It would have had so much significance.

First of all the importance of water in one's life, it not only quenches our thirst but gives us life, the reason to survive, source of all our energy and life! Anyway we all know the importance of water.

The fireflies signifying the glow and light of knowledge that water gives to us and how its brightness lights up our dark lives thus not only showing us the power of water but also explaining the Gayatri mantra meaning symbolizing the light of knowledge that will remove the darkness of Jalal's minds, illuminating him emotionally, mentally, knowledgeably which the mantra actually invokes.

And his not knowing about the existing problem in his empire which was darkness in his mind was illuminated by Jodha and was taken care of.

Anyway, I am sorry I am going way too abstract out here but this kind of hidden values and meanings always intrigues me. It won't be a gift of material but something to enrich one's mind and soul.

Then later Jodha could have cooked for him since he loved her cooking so much, something to make him feel cherished and wanted from the heart.

I had no problems Jodha's taking out Jalal out in the village but I didn't like the attitude here. Frankly speaking you know what I felt, a professor is taking a student out on a field trip! And that should not be the feel here. It has to be natural, warm, proactive, gleeful, free spirited, giving...I missed these sentiments. Read my previous posts and you will know what I mean. The mannerism, gestures, qualitative context and content was missing. A teacher trying to give practical lessons to student shouldn't be the ambiance here.

And yes that is what I wrote to Lashy, if Jalal didn't already know how did Jodha know about these problems? Jalal often disguised himself and went out to take a look at the conditions of his subjects, he ought to have known or Atga sahab should have known. But Jodha knew!

And yes if Jodha was always so mature then how come we didn't see this side earlier? Anyway I will not even ask this because I don't want this to be a confrontational post but her lack of wishing him genuinely from her heart I definitely ask. Can she not even once wish him properly or thank him honestly? Sigh!! Will wait and watch like I always do.

Agree with u, Lana. It did sound like a lecture session to me too, the tone, but I guess the CVs suddenly woke up to their original caption of JA ie. Jo making Jalal from haaivan(was he really that in this show, BTW? 😉) to insaan & so we get to view this new avtar of our Jo begum 😆 .

And yeah, the name is Gayathri 😊
