Chapter 5
"We argue, we fight, but we always end up alright.. That's real"
Nikita stopped in her tracks as she could again hear someone calling out her name. She wanted to turn around and see who it was, but at the same time didn't want to take the risk of getting hit by a speeding car as she was crossing the road. And she knew If Ayaz got to know about this stunt of hers, He is going to scold her to the death... Once she safely reached the other side of the road, she turned around to see who it was, but couldn't see anyone calling out or coming towards her. Blaming her overactive imagination, she made her way to the entrance of the coffee shop where her friends including Vinny, Jashkaran and of course Ayaz were waiting for her.
"There you are, finally!!!" screeched Vinni, as soon as Nikita entered.
"Come on yaar, it's not that I am an hour late, it's just a matter of 10 minutes" said Nikita. "Also, please don't carry on with your tirade as we are here to celebrate Karan's Birthday. Remember??...By the way where is our birthday boy"...She said while looking here and there..."Here you are". She said spotting Jas sitting along with Ayaz.
Nikita: "Happy Birthday Dude". She wished him with a hug.
JashKaran : Thanks a lot Mam..Thank god tumne mujhe notice to kiya ;)
Nikita : "Ha ha,very funny.Waise I am very Happy yaar..Finally we got a day off, that too together. Its just wow"...Nikita said happily and Hi5ed with vini.
JasKaran: "I know yaar..Its been ages since we get a day off or something"
Their chit chat was interpreted by Ayaz impatience voice: " Now come on Guys. Stop ur bak bak..kitna bolte ho tum sab.. I have worked up a huge appetite in those 10 minutes. Order something for me, fast"
"Tera kuch nahi ho sakta Ayaz"...Said Nikita giving him a friendly slap on his shoulder
The Group then got down to talking and poring over the menu and deciding what to order. Soon they decided to order sandwiches and coffee as Ayaz is too desperate to eat literally anything. Once the order came they start having it..
Vinni: " so, aaj ka plan kya hai?"
Ayaz: "Ghar ja kar sona hai"..he said lazily
Nikita:" common yaar Ayaz...kya har waqt sote rehte ho..?..Its a day off heaven sake..upar se Jas ka birthday bhi hai..Day out toh banta hai ..Kyun Vinni?"
Vinni: " Ekdum correct..Nikita bilkul theek keh rahi hai.."
Jas: "haan Ayaz,chal na...It will be fun"
Ayaz: "ok...ok!...lekin jaana kahaan hai?"
"How about beach?"..Nikita said excitedly
Vini : "Good idea...aaj weather bhi kaafi acha hai.."
Ayaz: "ok ,as u all say..I am IN"
"Ok, so we will be meeting at our usual meeting point exactly after 1 hr..Ok girls. And don't be late Nikita"says JasKaran specially poking Nikita's elbow and teasing her..
Nikita: "oye mein kabhi late nahi hoti ok"..Nikita said pouting and defending herself.
Ayaz: "yaah,we all know that". He said sarcastically
Nikita:" whatever"...She said in her usual manner
After 1 hour and 15 mins
"As usual late" Vinni said to Jas, as they had been waiting for her for the past 15 minutes, but that was nothing new for them.
Jas: "I specially told her to come on tym"..Jas said complaining
Ayaz:"As if wo kisi ki sunati hai"..He said matter of factly
Vinni & jas nodded their head in approval.
Finally after a lot of waiting Miss.late appeared in a black skin fitted top, with the arms pulled up, making them reach her elbows, with a pair of blue shorts. And as expected she looked stunning and too cute, making them forget that they were angry, which she always managed to do.
"wah Guys! Jeep and all?" she sat in the jeep, behaving very casually as if nothing happen at all
They all raised their eyebrow at her. She give them sheepishly smile and said :
"Come on guys bas 15 min hi toh late hun..Abhi chalo nahin toh aur late ho jayenge..chalo lets get going"
Thy all shake their head as if saying..iska sachi mein kuch nahi ho sakta..All sat in the jeep and start their journey to beach. Because they know a lot of masti and fun is waiting for them
At the Beach
Yayyy!!!' Nikita & Vinni cried, as they stopped the jeep near the beach, 'the beach!!!! yaayyy!!!'
They climbed out of the car and ran towards the beach in wild excitement.
'Girls' Ayaz protested, chasing after them but they wouldn't listen. After all "Girls are girls".. They were like a little kids. Happy and excited.
'C'mon Guys..look..it's soo beautiful,' Nikita said, dragging Ayaz forward.
Ayaz didn't say anything. She was standing beside him, holding his hand and looking at the waves crashing to the shore nearby. The breeze swept her long hair and she closed her eyes to welcome the cool wind. Ayaz looked at her. She looked so beautiful and content. Just like an innocent angel..
'I love the beach,' she mumbled, with her eyes still closed, 'it's beautiful,'
'Yes, it is,' Ayaz whispered, looking at her.
Nikita : "you know, I always love beaches, But Delhi mein toh mauka hi nahi milta..Aur tum kitna bhav khgate ho Beaches mein aane ke liye...Aaj bhi kitna Insist karne par u came..So not done"..she said pouting..Ayaz smiled at her and said :" Wohhoo My Rajdhani express...Thoda break maar..ok baba..aage se will always be ready to come here with you..Ab Happy.."
"Very Happy". She said happily
"Nikita come here...Its so much fun"..Vinni called her, who is playing with water.
"Yaah coming"..Nikita Shouted back. "Lets go na Ayaz,It will be fun to play with water"...She said dragging Ayaz with him...
"You carry on ,I am really not interested"
"Oh come on Ayaz..Don't be so bore..."
Ayaz:" Nikita"...He said little strictly
"Ok ok...calm down. Go and sit with with that bore Jas...kuch nahi ho sakta tum dono ka"
Ayaz:" yaah,I am exactly going to do that"..Ayaz said smiling at her.."And u, Better take care of urself and Vinni...Agar bimmar padi toh..."
Nikita: "Haan,Pata hai Pata hai..Don't worry...I will be ok"
Ayaz: "Good girl"...
He said before going to Jas who is sitting little far from the water..
Ayaz : "So wts up birthday boy"?
Jas:" Nothing yaar...Just relaxing..Kitne dino baad ek Off mila hai..Thank god for that. And this beach. I just loved it"
Ayaz: "So u too love beaches just like Nikita..Good for both of you". He said smiling at him
Their chatting were broke by loud laugh...of Nikita...They followed their gaze to find out the reason of her laugh

Nikita sang while splashing water on Vinni who was about to came to them only to pull them for dance...But ended up getting wet as Vinni had other thoughts and she splashed water on her. Vinni laughed and tried her best to win"
Hamara Yeh Waqt Hamara Jo Ik Baar Gaya Toh Aaye Na Dobara
"Nikita twirled Vinni and splashed water on her..She looked at her with her mouth open wide in mock surprise"

Ayaz and Jas also joined them in water...And helped Vinni to equal the scores. Nikita splashed water on Ayaz and Jas to vinni...By Default, The two team was formed. They were enjoying to the core

Jiyo Toh Iss Pal Aise Jiyo, Jaise Ki Aakhri Ho
All made a group Hug and swayed their lower body with the rhythm of music"
Like this only, they enjoyed their day off like anything with the person who matter them most. Unknown to the fact that after every laughter there always be a ting of sadness.
