In the kitchen Khushi is trying to assuage Payal. But Payal avoids her. she tells her that she was looking very pretty on the mooh dekhai rasam. She gives her kajal tikka to ward off the evil eye, when Payal still ignores her she starts to talk about some Durga massi who was very funny, whose nose was tedhi. Payal walks away from her, but she joins her in her antics about Durga massi,
Her eyes was flickering too.
Khushi gets emotional to hear her sister's gesture towards her. Payal tells her that she also was looking beautiful yesterday. Khushi asks her in teary eyes.
Then why don't you ward off my evil eye?
She is feeling sad remembering their amma. Payal becomes disgruntled on her, as their amma was not there because of her and she is suffering as well. She puts the blame on Khushi. tears brim in Khushi's eyes, but she can't even say her that she never wanted to hurt them. Payal just leaves her alone. Khushi starts to cry.
No human being but the speechless goat Laxmi, seems feels her grief. So she comes there to be with her. Khushi asks Laxmi, does she think her sister will forgive her ever? When Laxmi made a sound, she smiles and interprets it as yes. She says her that she will be firm and will not give up until everyone forgives her. She thanks laxmi to listen to her.
At least there is someone in the house with whom I can talk.
Bua comes to RM to take Payal for the paak phere. (is it paak phere? forgive me if i'm wrong)

Mami comes there with gifts for the shagun. When bua refuses to take the gifts, mami starts to vex her.. Why they are behaving so formal, that they don't need gifts, whereas they made their two daughters got married in their house. So they gradually can usurp all the wealth of Raizada family. Nani roils to hear her flippancy, but she doesn't make her stop. This time NK comes to defend Payal and Khushi. He tells her that no gifts must be bigger than Payal and Khushi. Bua is incorrigible, she apologizes to her and tells her that it's her generosity that she forgave their mistakes and accepted them. But they are unable to face anybody because of Khushi's faux pass. She declares that Khushi is not a part of their family any more. Arnav acerbates to hear this. Mami comments in a quick repartee,

Pause: mami's highhandedness was unbearable. How could she insult Arnav's wife so meanly in front of him! why he didn't retort back? Mami sometimes crosses all the limits. and I'm just baffled to see bua's resentment to khushi. she was right, if Khushi was their own blood, she wouldn't be so relentless to her!

Khushi becomes forlorn. She trudges slowly towards the stairs. Arnav looks at her with compunction. He feels a sudden inexplicable twinge of compassion for her. But he can't say anything, as he is responsible for all this.

The garrulous, bubbly khushi has been lost somewhere. I'm also crying in her pain. Arnav watches her from his room. Gazing at her crestfallen face, his heart softens with tenderness at the immense vulnerability of her distraught heart. I wish if he would've gone there to her and taken her in a comforting hug! All of her grief and agony would be effaced.
i so wanted him to at last think he wanted to hold her then. i can understand those awkward silences around mami sometimes. he has this funny relationship with her, a love for her and he knows she doesn't mean anything, also maybe he wants to avoid a scene in the house. whatever. but here at that moment would have been nice if they had a helpless longing for her pass through him. he did have a sad sad look.
Anjali and Shyam came from the doctor's office. She is very happy to see her baby in ultra sonogram When they meet nani, she asks her about Payal. nani tells her that bua took Payal for paak phere. She guesses that then Khuhsi should be gone with them . Mami tells her that she didn't take her. Anjali gets upset, how she could do that. Nani tells her that Khushi's family is so upset with her that not ready to forgive her in any cost. But Anjali thinks, Khushi needs to go as it's the custom. She goes to talk with Arnav about this matter. Mami thinks this is bua's another trick to get double gift. Now she has to arrange gifts to send with phatti saree. Gosh this woman only measures things with money or mundane stuffs!
Pause: Anjali saw her baby in ultra sonogram. So the baby at least three months old. When the contract marriage period of six months will be over, she supposes to complete her 9 months period of pregnancy. But how cum she didn't give birth by that time! And the funniest thing was, she had a flat stomach almost during the whole term of pregnancy. Either the child was not developing properly or it was an invisible baby!😆
😆 😆 ok, no, sonography can be done earlier than three months, in fact for older women (as i was and anjali too is in her thirties), the docs prefer to check immediately. so she might have been just a couple of months pregnant. but that 6 month thing, why six months? a normal pregnancy is of 40 weeks, 10 months almost... so why did bitwa decide on a six month thing? maybe because it is a tv soap thing. 😆 you know writing was haila pretty crazy that wedding onward. i lived with it mainly for the pyaar and the pyaar karne walas.
When Anjali comes to Arnav's room, he starts to speak louder to let Khushi know that Anjali is here. Khushi wipes her tears and comes to the room. Anjali tells Arnav to take Khushi to her parent's home for the paak phede rasam. Khushi tries to refuse her, but anjali asks her doesn't she want to go to her home? Or she is happy with the current situation? She tells her that these are very important tradition of their family. Arnav agrees instantly, as if he felt relived. He somehow was feeling guilty for khushi, that bua didn't take her to GH.
In the car, both Arnav and Khushi keep starring at each other intently. But both are taciturn. Khushi contemplating him, trying to read the labyrinth of his complex mind; she just can't understand his sudden obnoxious behavior. Arnav suddenly screeches the car to a halt. Khushi leans forward in a jolt. Her hand bangs with the dash board and her glass bangle breaks. She looks at him with bewilderment. Tears well up in her eyes in disbelief. But he doesn't even look at her, doesn't notice that he accidentally hurted her. He tells him grimly, to get out, her home is near, she should manage the rest of the path by herself. After she gets down he drives off as fast as possible.
While driving, Arnav's look goes to the piece of the broken bangles. He picks it up and reminisces the moment, when Khushi became delectable to get the bangles, what he gifted her. He recollects how he convulsed to see the bangles got pierced in her wrist. He clutches the broken piece in his fist, shuts his eyes in scorching pain.

He bought bangles for her, cause he loves her. but she betrayed him. Now there is only hate remains for her. he throws away the bangle piece on the road with so much contempt! His raw anger rises from his heart like quivering flames of fire, what even can make him burn himself for loving her. eventually he did so. He not only punished khushi but punished himself as well. he also confessed this on the night in farmhouse, that her every tear drop makes his heart cries thousand times.
i am almost weeping at this point.
