The episode starts of with Barkha complaining to Inder that Laajo shouldn't have given the medicine to Samraat, she should have listened to Shyla and waited for the doctor. Inder doesn't agree with her and reminds her that if Laajo hadn't given the right medicine Samraat would not have been saved. Barkha starts screaming and says that Laajo is not a doctor she doesn't have a full knowledge about all these things, she also clearly mentions that she will never accept that girl as a member of this family. Inder tells her to stop overreacting and advices her to thank Laajo for her good presence of mind.
The next morning Laajo is in Samraat's room when he wakes up she takes good care of him. He thanks her for saving her life and gets emotional that he is alive and is fortunate to see the sun the next day is only because of Laajo. She tells him that all this is God's willing and she thanks him instead for trusting her and taking the medicine immediately even though no one believed her. Samraat says he knows that everyone thinks Nikhil committed a mistake by marrying her but he thinks Laajo is perfect for him. He praises Laajo and tells that she has all the qualities which is difficult to find in any girl and she should not feel inferior in front of Nikhil. Nikhil overhears the conversation between them. Laajo tries to divert the topic and leaves to get tea.
Gunjan is very angry with Rishi and blames him for their dad's condition, she knows he is angry with their dad and explains him angrily that Mom has not taken care for them. She tells him their father was always around when they needed him and took good care for them. Gunjan also says that she will never forgive Rishi for all of this as he has their dad. Laajo comes at the same time and asks Gunjan to not say such things, after she leaves Laajo comforts Rishi and empathizes with him. She tells him that it is not his fault, Rishi is sad and has no idea how to face his dad. She tells him all parents take care of their children even though his mom might love him but his dad has been there for him the most. She encourages him to go meet her dad otherwise he will feel more sad. Rishi is amazed that how Laajo can talk so maturely.
Nikhil in his room recalls Samraat's words to Laajo earlier, he is not able to understand why Samraat said such things. He thinks to himself that he doesn't consider laajo to not be worthy enough. He says that he respects her but will never love her as he will always have that love for Ishaana. In the living area Nani comes and praises Laajo for her clever thinking, her legs start to pain due to which Barkha and Nani have a funny conversation about tailors and doctors. Nani brings back the conversation to Laajo being impossible to which Barkha retorts and says that everyone is praising Laajo here like she is a part of the family. Ayesha accepts that Laajo is a member and get irritated at her mom and Nani for always degrading Laajo.
Nikhil comes in Laajo room and tells her that Samraat's check up is over and he will be fine in a few days, she is very happy to know that. He also thanks her for everything as she saved first Ayesha and now Samraat. He promises her that she can ask anything from him as he wants to do something for her. Laajo asks again and again if she can ask absolutely anything when he assures her, she tells him that she likes him very much as her husband. She says that she doesn't know how and when she fell in love with him. Nikhil is shocked and reminds her of Ishaana, Laajo says she knows everything and asks him to forget about Ishaana's love and be her husband. Laajo hugs him and says that she wants them to be together always not for one lifetime but for all 7 lifetime
Precap - At the den Nikhil is constantly talking about Laajo and praising her in front of his friends. Kunal asks him why he is only talking about his wife to which Nikhil gets irritated. Ishaana is also present there and doesn't like Nikhil's talk.
