Kapil didnot ditched Comedy Circus. He left with the mutual understanding with Vipul D Shah and he was doing it from so much of time. Insaan ka dil barh jata hai ek hi cheez karte, karte. And, about Sunil exit, I would like to say he should have wait. He knows his fan following, he got so much popular with this show. He should have think before leaving the show k sab fans ka dil hurt hoga. Agar, uski payment increase karte toh is tarah puri cast zid karti not only guthi but dadi is famous too. Or har kisi k show ka apne budget hota hain. And about the audience thing, I would like to say wo show ka hissa hai. Log khudh uthte hai apna mazak urane k liye. They dont mind so why are you minding it?

I hope this is not true, but a show is team work ... it will go on without him too.

Show works on a team and PH and channel should do their best to retain the team. No idea why but Colors doesn't give a damn to team anymore and they kick out actors or let them leave at the drop of a hat - including even main leads from flagship shows! 😲

Whether an actor wants a break or holiday or pay hike or even more creative development in his or her role - this channel kicks them out or "part ways mutually". 😡

Gutthi was the best and funniest character in the show (again, I repeat I don't count Kapil as a character. It's his show all the way but among others Sunil Grover was the best. He stood out and outshone others).

Now the onus is more on Kapil to keep up the fun quotient. Others are talented. But their signature characters don't have the instant fun and comedy that Guthi had.

I don't think Sunil did anything wrong if he demanded a pay hike (if reports are true). He's experienced, talented and if his character is so popular then he should get his due.
Pay issue seems more like a rumour considering how Colors has had actors leaving even over demanding better development of their roles!

Who is Sunil for Colors if they didn't bother about Pratyusha Bannerjee, Anjum, Nandish, Sriti Jha etc. who were either main leads or played pivotal roles in their long running flagship shows?

Kapil should thank God that this show is his own - his name in title and his PH. Warna Colors would not bat an eyelid before kicking him out too if they felt he was bothersome for them!
