hey😃 im new to this forum and this is my first post😊
well this is actually based on the epic not show but related ofcourse😆
After reading mahabharat i feel that at many instances the story was deviated from Dharma...like Eklavya's story, killing of Drona,Karna etc...you can find a number of instances...One can argue about all this from different views of dharma and but still its hard to deny the war was won with a little help from adharma too ...🤔What do you think?
Pls share ur views😃

Hello welcome to the forums

Nahi yeh yudh poore dharm ke sath jeeta gaya tha

jab adharm bad jata hai to us adharm ko khatam karne ke liye jhoot bhi bola jaye to dharm hi kehlata hai

Agar aapne geeta padi hai to aap achchi tarah se samajh jaoge mahabharat ko ...Duryodhan was on adharm's side and he did many wrong deeds so to kill him and to win war against adharm Krishn had to lie and cheat by his chaturai not cunning whch was n Duryodhan and Shakuni

IF you see it except for Duryodhan and Shakuni no one was adharmi everyone was dharmic and ritetious people bheeshm dron ashwathama several kings kripacharya but since they were employed by dhritrashtra and unhone uska namak khaya tha and were indebted to him so they had to side with duryodhan they had no options

I hope it is a little bit clear now

Krishnji said in Geeta agar ek satya ke liye 100 jhoot bhi bole jayen to weh jhoot nahi hote satya hote hen 😃

Well depends on how you see the war
But as per the book its reffered to as dharam yudh becuase its a war between righteous pandavas and unrighteous kauravas. In which God himself aids righteousness to win over unrighteousness..Hence its reffered to as Dharam yudh.
But different people view it differently they dont see pandavas as extreemly righteous or kauravas as extremely unrighteous. So it depends on different people's POV

Wish there was a straight forward answer to your question...to me the answer depends on how you look at and perceive it...
Mahabharata is an historical epic which is not simple to understand...People do research for years to analyse and extract the underlying meaning of the content...
Once you read/watch the complete epic you would definitely get an answer...and it again depends on how you look at and understand it...
To add: Each and every character depicted in the Epic has some significance with a big lesson to be learnt, each of them had to pay for the consequences their decisions/actions has caused...
Correct me if I mentioned anything wrong...

It was a Dharma yudh, but it was not like the Pandava side did not have unrighteous warriors either. That is why in the end, only the Pandavas survived on their side! No one else survived, not their sons, relatives, or supporters.

Krishna's incarnation was to kill all the unrighteous people on Earth. He supported the Pandavas' since their side had a more noble aim than the Kauravas did, but he still drove the war so that all the unrighteous people on the Pandavas' side died too. One more thing, people say that the deaths of Drona and Karna were unethical. Okay, I accept that they were not ethical, but what about Abhimanyu's death? Six Kaurava warriors fought and killed him together. Was that not unethical? Karna and Drona were both involved in Abhimanyu's death along with Duryodhan, so in my opinion, the way they died was their Karma. In fact, Drona orchestrated the whole thing, so I don't really pity the way he died. The Kauravas killed many warriors using unrighteous means, so Krishna created their death through unrighteous means as well.
