Under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 following are the grounds for divorce:

Pramad has done all of this.. Judge should grant the divorce and give Kumud the freedom she deserves!

BUT, the law also says that if either one of them petition to give the marriage one more chance, the court can cancel the divorce if they find the appeal truthful! This is what that jerk is using in his defense! I just hate him!

It's just a fun post.. no offense to anyone!

Hey :)
So it seems that Kumud is not getting a divorce despite the overwhelming evidence for Pramad's abuse and murder attempt. How is that logical?

No offense, are the TRP viewers in India that dumb?

well i too feel that when one partner asks for apology and chance ,the court gives it ...like a month or something to sort things out

pramad is already aving case of attepmt to murder and kumud can rightfully file case of mental and physical torture something she did but was taken back coz of his parents

Shana that is done if DV is not involved.

In cases involving DV or dowry, harassment etc apology chance, nahi chalta

Also, divorce may not be given but the allegations of DV, murder attempt n abuse will not be dropped. Those r criminal cases. So by that logic he should be in police custody even if he is ill. He has to be treated in hospital under cpurt's orders. He can't be sent home.

Stupid cv, judge should have ordered to police to file a case of domestic violence, attempt to murder, sexual assault.

My point exactly. The man accepted all charges. Now if the esteemed judge sahiba asks Kumud to forgive him, she is trivializing the issue and condoning DV .

Seriously, if that happens, Star Plus is definitely sending a wrong message regarding the justice system of India when it comes to crime against women.
Too bad they don't give a damn using the disclaimer in the beginning of the show as an excuse!
