Devika / Bhoomi = same person
Baisa comes to the kitchen and tells Ghanu Kaka and Savita to prepare food as Krishna is coming back and so is Devika Parekh. She tells them to prepare Gajar Ka Halwa and Alu kay Parhatey. Savita mentions that Bhoomi liked these things. Baisa says that Devika's and Bhoomi's likes are similar.
Arjun and party arrive at HH. Mansen tells them that they will be staying at HH and not any guesthouse. Arjun wonders why Mansen is acting so sweet with Devika, when he knows she lied. He must be having some plan, and thinks he must warn Devika.
Rahul and Bhoomi in a room, Rahul tells Bhoomi that they should leave as the Goenkas know about their lie, and may not want to continue partnership, and Shefali also knows your motive.

Everyone gathers for dinner. Bhoomi asks about others and Yuv tells her they have to gone to attend a family wedding. Mansen starts talking about Shetty. Arjun tries to change the conversation. Mansen tells him that first thing tomorrow morning we will discuss Shetty and his problem. Devika tells them she will also join in.
Back in the room, Bhoomi has the file which Rahul took in her hand. Rahul is tensed. Bhoomi tells him not to worry she would handle everything. Arjun in his room is worried how Devika will handle Mansen.

She has a file of his and has read everything. Mansen asks about the file, Devika picks up the file and throws it towards Mansen. She tells him that Arjun has the Power Of Attorney, but still he and Yuv did projects without Arjun's approval, they also kept all the profit to themselves. Poona project, Nasik Project.
