His life was such a mess. His feelings have turned into a muddle of emotions. Everything was going wrong. He was here determined to get Taani back in his life but the re-entry of his first love, Kriya Ghai made his determination weak. Hell! She had used him and he was over with her chapter long ago. Then why the hell is she affecting him so much. A minute for her entry he was firm on his decision but on seeing her again, his decisions weakened and those inert emotions started developing.
He, with a lot of difficulty made up his mind to avoid her and be unaffected by her presence. And to an extent he was successful in it. But, looks like destiny loved to play games with him. He had seen her dancing that day on the terrace. Her dance was the same flawless and a treat for the eyes. It was her dance that attracted him towards her then. And it was dance that made him magnetized him towards her yet again. He could clearly understand her pain and anguish that she was trying to get rid off through dance. He could clearly see those tears behind the rain. He could actually relate to her emotions. He felt as if both of them were sailing in the same boat.
He didn't know why but her dance made him contemplate over his decisions all over again. The more he pondered over his thoughts the more she entered his mind. He didn't know why but he wanted to give her a chance or maybe give them a chance. He observed every minute detail of her before making up his mind.
It was Taani's engagement. He was sad as well as happy. Sad because he was going to lose a special person who made his life again cheerful when he was lifeless. And happy because he was going to confront another special person who held the same place in his heart like taani or maybe even more. That night a small function was held in the Shekhawat farmhouse as Vishesh would be leaving for abroad few weeks before returning for marriage. Swayam's dad announced that there would be impromptu duet performances. It was surprising for the gang initially but later they were quite enthusiastic for it. The host began calling the couples. Before the host could call up another couple after Simmi and Nilesh's dance, everyone heard music playing.

Everyone could see a masculine figure standing on the stage with his back facing them. Slowly that person turned around and everyone was surprised to see Rey. He had a small smile on his lips and was staring at only one person and that was Kriya. He descended down towards Kriya. He offered her his hand. She stared at him with wide eyes. On sensing all the eyes on them she accepted it.

Main dekhoon tujhe aankhein bharke..
Tu lage mujhe pehli baarish ki duaa..
Tere pahloo mein rah loon..
Main khud ko paagal kah loon..
Tu gam de ya khushiyaan Sah loon saathiyaa..
He sang these lines and caressed her face whilst she closed her eyes. He gripped her waist and pulled her intensely closer towards him. His one hand glided upwards stroking her arms and reached her neck while his other hand was securely wrapped around her waist. Holding her through her neck and waist he made twirl and bend simultaneously. All she did was follow him. They trusted each other completely. Her hands were on his shoulder. And as he pulled her up, her left hand involuntarily raised and caressed his cheek.

They danced as if if was some rehearsed routine.

Both their hands were entwined and he pushed her back before pulling her towards him dangerously. He crossed her arms upwards and made her back face him such that his hand rested on her waist and hers atop him. They swayed slowly. He bent a little and cooed in her ears "Why do you affect me so much?" She didn't have any answer for that. She let her head fall over his shoulder taking in the essence of that moment.
O... O...
Ae... Ae... Aa... {sathiya}
Ae... Ae... Aa...
In the same position he lifted her and whirled around. She parted her legs while doing it. He slowly brought her down facing him.Their dance was in perfect syncronisation.
Pehle kabhi, na tune mujhe gham diya..
Phir mujhe, kyoon tanha kar diya..
Guzaare the jo lamhe pyaar ke
Hamesha tujhe apna maan ke..
To phir tune badli kyoon adaa..
Yeh kyoon kiya..
He had many unrequited questions whose answers he wanted. He sang these lines looking deep into her eyes. She lowered down her lashes as she had no answers for these questions or maybe she lacked the strength to say it all again. He lifted her chin and made her look at him. They did some basic steps involved in slow romantic dance remembering their happy times.
Wo... O... O...
Wo... O... O...
Unable to bear the proximity, Kriya turned to leave. But he caught her wrist and stopped her. He kissed the back of her palm and brought her closer to him.

They parted away side ways with their hands tangled together. Looking sideways at each other they did some steps involving the leg movement more. Then he pulled her towards him with her back facing him. She slid down leaning against his body with the help of his hand. He twirled her around in the same position and in an instant pulled her up with such a force that she clung against him and hugged him tight. Both of them twirled around twice in that position.
As the music ended, they parted away. They stared into each others eyes with a slight smile and feeling of contentment. For Kriya it felt heavenly to be in his arms. And for Rey, he felt complete having her in his arms. This act of Rey assured her that he was ready to give her another chance. Just because he gave her another chance didn't mean that he wasn't angry on her. He was angry and she has to make it up for that. But the fact is despite his anger, he still cared for her.
How's it? Hope it was good enough 'cause I suck at describing dance.
