I'm sure if Niyati needed Agni's help, it would have been as a last resort and thats exactly what she did.
Jhanvi also used the 'I'm pregnant' trump card as a last resort to get rid of Niyati.
And the fact that Niyati 'used' Agni is true but silly, becuz Agni loves her and he knows everything, so he would have helped out his love no matter what the reason or consequence was
