Yes busy with that yesterday was Pournima thankfully sunday but again today monday

I thoroughly respect those who can fast , yes today being Monday, me very much a Khushi in this regard!

Want to share, my little one got interested all about shiv ling when we happened to go to a local temple last month. I introduced him to the first couple of lines of Lingashtakam that time, being the music inclined he is, he wanted me to play it on iPad. And he had been listening to it ever since. Now he can recite it all, may be just in time for kartika Masam, a divine intervention I thought.

Horizon nice to now about your little one so he learned the lingashtakam so sweet where will his genes go he has a music touch like his grandfather you once shared any one else in your family . Mondays I have been fasting way back since 1979 and regularly except when pregnant and few months but went back to it as I drank lot of milk at that time. but usually I don't have anything. except fruits and after I had sugar Durga's poem I read when I came here

That's wonderful Horizon. It is a good start. I used to fast on Mondays since childhood. But after my daughter was born, I quit. It had always been the three of us and with no help at home, I felt it would be wise to let go. Maybe after a few years, when my daughter's grown up and can manage on her own, I might resume.
