jalal says he slept with jodha once,but he dint know that the kid is his bcoz he dint know if jodha had already slept with someone else or not.how can the shehenshah explain to the others that he dint know if his wife was a virgin when he first slept with her...wouldnt it become obvious to the husband if his wife had already lost her virginity...

Ekta's JA is combo of fiction and history but as you bought it up, based on logic and scientific facts, this dialogue can't be termed as blooper because in reality not necessarily a husband can for sure be able to tell his wife is virgin or not because not every women will bleed because hymen can break for many other reasons such as active sports, in this case Jodha is a sword fighter.

this may sound to weird but if ur referring to the blood that comes out of virgins when they have intercourse for the 1st time that doesn't always happen so you actually never really know if someone is lying about their virginity
