According to our sources on the set, it seems that a new theft has been reported just after the end of Diwali season by one of the cast members of Saraswatichandra. It appears that someone has taken a number of designer acidwashed jeans from the wardrobe of Varun Kapoor. While investigators are puzzled as to who would go raid the sets after the security was increased, they believe it is partly because of the increased screen time of the actor during recent episodes.
When contacted Varun had this to say: "Man I didn't know my character (Danny) was so popular that this could even happen. I hope the guards keep a close watch on the wardrobe department. Or I will have to wear regular pants, and the jeans are so much more comfortable when you're spending such long hours shooting. But honestly, I take it as a compliment because it means people genuinely appreciate my performance."
