Asad does not need a pony for disguise as Mr. Sheik, that can be achieved with make up and wig. Asad is not a grey character. He is milky white. He cannot plot against his father. when Rashid will be dying in his arms in 2015. He will say ki chah kar bhi main aapse nafrat nahin kar saka. That day most likely Tanu/Farhan played Asad rather than the other way. Plus Asad or for that matter Rashid will never misuse a dead body Moral, principles, adab .Zoya's brother or mother can't be alive .. they cannot just abandon her .

Also you cannot pull such a stunt in front of the whole Bhopal. Farhan cannot take birth overnight. and since he went to US at a later stage ... so you cannot change the guy also...
