Hey MBians...

Remember the original conept of MB??..Kathputhli .The theme was Indo Pak Cross Border lovestory..VD was to play a Hindu guy and DD was to play a Muslim girl...Now i have got some info that if that had been the concept then story wud havebeen different..DD as Muslim girl by mistake crosses Border and then lands up in trouble and is then torchered by Male lead ...and all that stuff..so do you think if that had been the concept the show wud have been as popular it is rite now??...Please do reply..

forget that,

the show would be FARRR better if they had actually executed the original concept instead of butchering it shamelessly #nautanki

Ya imagine RK as some ruthless Guy and DD as innocent muslim girl who falls in love with Hindu guy...but i think to avoid controversy they dint go for this

ho sakhtha hai ,and this is also different concept but i doubt nautanki ,wo log uska bhi kachra banadhega

bollywood concept is far better than cross border story.its other thing that cvs ruined this show otherwise i love mb concept.a superstar falling in love with normal girl.its something different .

well first of all that concept will now be used in rang rasiya

the new show of st and nautanki films

and as it is mb was supposed to be a film industry based show

but they have butchered and ruined it fully changing the plot

they gave so many twists and turns

that lost the essence of the show

i am sure the show would have shut down

if dvd were not the leads

yup i remember da shw was intially named as sarhad par based on cross border concept.auditions were even held in karachi n lahore.then going through da journey of kathputli n shikar it was finalized as meiej with bolly wood back drop.da v concept of da shw is v interesting its all about execution.i dnt knw about others but as far as im concerned im v attached to da shw n coz of high expectations i sometimes feel low.
