please don't laugh at me if i'm wrong... im confused is salima pregnant thats why she is vomitting.. if not what else is the reason

she doubt someone was in kitchen, so she tasted milk made for Jodha... someone( looks like bakshi bano) had mixed something in Jodha's milk,thats y they both r vomiting...
