My take on the episode:

Kamya wanted to win so desperately that she didn't even acknowledge initialtly that all three of them had four votes each. She very connivingly declared herself the winner. Then when these slow people realized it she sheepishly again just coerced Gauhar's vote into her favor. 😆 It was reasonable and just that the tie-breaker to be from someone other than the three in the tie. I see nothing wrong with Tanisha proposing that.

I do have an issue with Armaan brainwashing Sophia but tht shouldn't undermine Tanisha's efforts in the task. I would have been happy with either Tanisha or Gauhar being announced the winner.

And Kamya's rants of how she wants to see her mom/daughter, puleez woman, you aint the only one. She was very well aware that the prize was the spa treatment and the not the meeting your family. 🥱
