Many may not agree with me on this and I am all cool with it because not everyone has similar opinions. But I've felt a strong meaning to a few things being shown in the show. Writing down and sharing it with everyone just makes me feel better

When Asad planned a birthday for Zoya, he made sure to make the birthday feel like a birthday for a teenager more than a girl of the age of 23, he made sure he didn't do anything extravagant because he knew that for Zoya a perfect birthday would be what she spends with her entire family, something she never had and something she wished for. He gave her, that happiness of having someone treat her like a princess and an entire family pamper her. Of course her Api and Jiju have done more than any parent could do, but this was Asad's way of telling her that she was theirs and this family was all hers and will always be

Today when Zoya makes a sandwich and decorates it childishly, the intention behind it, is extremely simple, she wants her Jahapanah to smile, to have fun, to loosen up and just be a kid sometimes, and not be so uptight. She has accepted his ways of course, she loves him as he is, because she never asked him to change. She has just asked him to live a day like hers and not be his OCD self, only so that he can be like a kid and feel like a kid, enjoy and be brat which she is, because he never got the chance to be one all his life. He had to grow up at the tender age of 9 and shoulder responsibilities at an extremely early stage in his life. He has always done everything as a responsible kid, whether folding his clothes or have everything in order on his table, in his plate, even to the extent of how it goes in his mouth. Because he wanted order in his life, which was disarrayed.

Childish it is, because that is what AsYa are trying to do for the other knowingly or unknowingly at times, give each other a childhood they would have had in normal circumstances. And which is also in a way foreshadowing what will end up happening. Zoya will in a way be the connecting force between his father and him, and obviously Asad will be the one getting her to her father

Having said that I would like Zoya to acknowledge the change in Asad, and also convince him that he doesn't have to change for her, he just needs to loosen up for himself. Would like her to mould herself a little bit too.

This is just a different thought on the episode. I am just requesting WHOEVER is posting on my post to PLEASE let this post be away from negativity. Criticism is ALL welcome, but not with a negative attitude. Isn't real life enough to mess our heads, to even let the show make us do that to our heads too😆

Ankita I posted this on the AsYA thread and it fits here too so i will C&P since i am in a hurry lol.

But i agree completely with you!!!

Okay so i quickly got a chance to watch the episode. I briefly looked at the forum but chose to keep all the feedback aside and watch the episode as a regular TV viewer would. NOT one of us who discusses and dissects the hell out each episode.

Throughout the episode i was smiling. It was light hearted, funny, very similar to what we use to see when QH began. Believe it or not I really felt that way. Zoya use to make a mess and Asad's OCD use to kick in. Now after AsYa have come so far, Zoya's biggest CONCERN for Asad is that he does not smile enough. She even told Ayaan that, then during taking the photo, and even to Dilshad today. Zoya is Zoya she has always been crazy and she is NOT trying to make him like her but she feels this is the way to lighten up his life, teach him how to loosen up a little, and smile.

As a dissector/analyzer we tend to try to find a purpose in every single episode. However, if i watch QH with my family they don't even bother to take note of the things we do. Every episode/scene/statement IMO does not need to have a greater purpose. If this is the case, then how does showing stupid Badi Buddhi Bahu Bahu nonsense have purpose, or Zoya-Ayaan shayri's/kitchen stuff have a purpose, or Janu bonding when the cat first came have purpose? IMO all those scenes were also useless. I am still trying to figure out what was the purpose of Billi hearing Asad and Aapi's convo that Zoya's mother died in a fire. IMO we should take some episodes just the way they come.

I WANT AsYa to move ahead in their relationship and take it a step further but at the same time I would take this AsYa ANYDAY over Zoyaan and Janu.

QH has always had a pattern to have a light track after a heavy duty one. Last Monday Asad brought Zoya back and even though we had AsYa scenes bhaiseena has taken a LOT of screen space. In QH land Zoya has only been back home for 3 days. Before making them sad/serious/intense again I think it is justified to have some light comedy.

Zoya OVERDOES everything. She went overboard to help strangers, she went overboard in SM pagal khana, and now she is going above and beyond to make her Mr. Khan smile. Plus now she has this advantage with him and pushes all his buttons. In the past she did not have the guts to do anything like this in front of him did she? At that time it was Asad BARKING at Zoya to change and become prim and proper with tameez and tehzeeb. I for one think the change in dynamics is remarkable.

Its a daily soap let's give it a chance. Things will move I am certain. In the precap it looks like Asad has declined to carry this further. And honestly I think a good scene is coming up tomorrow. Let us wait and see.

Besides we know drama and twists are right around the corner with the Dilshad/Rashid case and of course Raziya stuff too. Regardless of whether or not Dilshad leaves, by mid next week I highly doubt we will see this light/funny/happy AsYa they will be busy with this Dilshad-Rashid drama. Then we will get our intensity and seriousness and being there for each other also.

My prediction is with Raziya's raaz becoming prominent I still feel Zoya getting hurt/emotionally withdrawn is coming. That is when we will see Asad making a mess to snap Zoya out and hopefully it will connect then. But even if it does not I took this as a light hearted entertaining episode and frankly speaking I enjoyed it.

Just my opinion. I don't mean to offend anyone in anyway. And I sincerely apologize if anyone was offended by what i said.

ANKUUU <3 thankuu for making this positive post :)

I really oved the AsYa scene :) it was adorable and funnny...Zoya has alwayss been OTT

but whatever she did today had much of a bigger sight and tht is making Asad live a naughty bachpan whcih he never get to live :) and i loved that :))

Well, i too liked the episode. it is true i dont like to mess up while eating, hate that the most, so Asad's expression is justified.

But like Zoya keep on saying Asad is not smiling... she is trying to make him do the things which he has never done. she wants him to enjoy every bit of the things in his lifee too. Thr r few things in his life which he has missed and she is trying to give him those only. Like Dilshad said earlier that u guys are completing each other.

but i really want to see how Zoya will survive if she has to be like Asad for a day...😉

@Niki - I love your post and entirely agree with it. Even though not every episode of scene can have a greater meaning, these scenes seem like the older QH to me where AsYa are back to being themselves but with a different meaning to it. Like you also said one of the many ways this could play out later is when Zoya goes into her shell, and I see it that way too, both are trying to mould themselves for the other, both are trying to complete the others life, and that is what has always happened with AsYa and what will happen on a larger scale as well.

Actually I loved the episode...bcoz of Asad's expressions!😆
Now coming to the episode...
We have always seen Asad bothering so much abt his OCD and scolding Zoya in the past!
And now Zoya is making him to do everything which he hates...
Asad told her that he never used to break toys...I think most of small children do mess up things and break toys!But Asad at the young lost his father...and maybe stopped smiling and enjoying his life as a kid!
And now Zoya is asking him to all such things wich he dint do at his young age!
(Our children's day episode😆)
Precap-Maybe Asad said he cant do all these or something!Thats y Zoya asked him If u have so much problem wid me y do u love me?
For which he answered that though he hates mess he loves her a lot,her naughtiness,her fights wid him,her childishness...!
Till now he always asked her not to mess up the things and keep clean and all stuff!
But in the precap he told her that no matter wat and how messy she is,he loves a lot and will always love her!❤️
I enjoyed the episode specially Asad's expressions more than anything...Maybe precap is the reason y they showed all these...!

I love you for making this post🤗 i liked today's episode😃 As you rightly said, Zoya want Asad to loosen up and enjoy his life😊 in her own Zoya Farooqui way😳 its like watching two kids😊

Exactly Ankita! Had they been married this would have happened post their marriage! But i did enjoy them adjusting! I am sure Zoya may try to adjust to Asad as well!

Glad you agree with the Zoya going in the shell theory!
