So I think we all kind of agree that the show is not really very suljha hua right now. with each passing day it is getting even sillier. Ekta should have just gotten rid of the old characters and focused on anki and siblings and naren, minus the arvi unnecessary separation and d-clan's stupid tamasha. but instead they're making non-sensical jhol of the arvi story which makes 0 sense, d-clan is doing tamasha of soham's kids and pia and badmouthing ovi but wanting to reconcile with murderer soham- wth is wrong with the cvs? do they really believe this is how people behave and think?
arjun has forgotten pia (or even arvi baby 2 rohan or whatever, and only remembers pari) and purvi comes to a diwali party hosted by arjun's business partner and sees pia-ovi missing and doesn't question arjun about the whereabouts of her sister- she's not even curious where the woman who she accused of having broken up her grihasti and living with arjun for 20 years is. or the child that her mother sent her to meet at the party. she didn't even ask 'arjun is pia around?'
that brings me to silliness number 2 or 3 or whatever...I don't like purvi but I like to think I'm pretty fair person given that as I thought ovi should not be forced to mother pari or even be judged for not feeling maternally towards pari after finding out the truth, I think purvi should be given the same courtesy. So given that, is archana senile at 70? how can she ask purvi to go to a party where she thinks arjun will be with ovi and pia and then ask her to interact with pia on her behalf? why does she think purvi should be with arjun and his imaginary 'other family' instead of alone? well woman if you have so much shokh of coddling pia then why didn't you make an appointment in 20 years yourself, instead of asking purvi to nurse her sautans child for your khushi? for that reason, if you believe that arovi are shacking up with children then WHY are you encouraging purvi to be close to arjun? or is breaking up a family and marriage only an offense when ovi does it?
The last but not the least, how old is that raunak kid? 18? why is he pretending like he could woo purvi, who is supposedly his mother's age? he's trying to make arjun uncle jealous (making an uncle type guy jealous is almost never on the mind of a guy of raunak's age, unless they are trying to show some weird social commentary like nishabd style) by imposing himself on purvi! what is wrong with the cvs? why would a teenager force himself on a late forties early fifties woman? why doesn't rushali have a leash on him? its him who needs one and not naren. rapists are a lot more socially unacceptable than mentally unstable people, no?
