it will happen if dm insists .. he himself will never agree.. also his marriage will be a compromise..he will make it clear to rukku that its just some rituals which he doesnt agree for .. and they will be husband wife only for the world... in reality they wont have anything.. he will never love rukku.. as he has promised only to love antara for ever...

haan par mujhe lagta hai Rukku usse shaadi nahin karegi because usko pata hoga ki Satya aur Antara ki shaadi nakli hai, so I think she will actually help with reuniting them rather than help Raghu make a bigger mistake than Antara 😊
